I just received info that FBI Agent Alexis Hatten is a member of MURDER CHURCH, First Baptist Church of Panama City Beach, also known as First Baptist Church of West Panama City Beach (can’t find any info on that one but was also a Grantee on the Deed signed by Ellison, et.al.)  and he is covering up for his buddies. They say he is aware that money was skimmed off for a long time….$30K here……$30K there…. and had to have known who did it. They also said he was in a Deacon type position at one time. Other PCB PD employees went there also. They said the dog followed a trail to the widow Stephanie Ellison’s closet and that is where the murder weapon was located. They said they believe Stephanie got $250K.

I have some new information on this case and it seems the coverup is ongoing.

Bay County Sheriff Frank McKeithen has taken an interest in this case and now has knowledge of the fact there are two new witnesses that have come forward and they and their families have been harassed and intimidated trying to keep them quiet about what they know and have heard.

Detectives say they’ve exhausted all of their sources and leads on the death of 43 year old Robert Ellison…but that is a lie.

Co-workers found Ellison on the floor of the contractor’s office, next to the first Baptist Church along Back Beach Road.

Ellison suffered from eight gun shot wounds from an unidentified suspect.

One witness says he saw a white male running south from the scene moments after the incident.

He is said to have been wearing a green t-shirt and blue jean shorts.

A year later, the church now stands almost completed, but police haven’t found the suspect.

Captain Chad Lindsey said, “We exhausted all those leads and there’s been no further leads come in to us. We’re never giving up on it. We’re hoping that somebody out there knows something and we’re hoping that they will come forward. I believe there is somebody out there that knows something and I hope they come forward.”

Police say they’ve only gotten five calls over the past year regarding the incident but say that one day; someone will come forth, bringing justice to this unsolved murder case.

In following the assets of murdered contractor Robert Shawn Ellison I found there are links to this group that are now in control of The Ellison Group, LLC assets.  It seems they, through administrator J. Carey Scott,  have filed petitions without an attorney in Bay County, Florida and Bankruptcy Court on behalf of the Corporation in violation of law.  They have been above the law in their practices in the past.

The same Federal Court jurisdiction refused to accept a Bankruptcy Petition and  the Racketeering Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act suit filed on behalf of Florida Title Insurance, Inc. involving some related parties. This suit involved what I believe was the murder of an IRS Agent, Russell Raymond Ervin, whose autopsy was done by a coroner that later murdered his wife, to cover up an Extortion Plot to seized assets of Florida Title Insurance, Inc. when we refused to sell to Chicago Title Agent Gulf Coast Title and Abstract of Panama City, Inc. who now seems to be operating as Lanco Title & Abstract.

Mr. Robert Paul Nix, Sr., 69, of Panama City, passed away Thursday, February 28, 2013 at his residence. Mr. Nix was born July 17, 1943 in Bainbridge, GA to Robert and Ruby Nix. He was an outstanding football player in his high school and college years at Troy State University.

Mr. Nix was instrumental in the creation of the first fraternity at Troy University, Pi Kappa Phi. After graduation from Troy State University, he came to Panama City where he began his professional career as a football coach and teacher at Rutherford High School leaving behind a remarkable association with staff and students.
Mr. Nix next worked at Seaco Electric in increasing positions of management responsibility.He started Bay Construction Company and was a major builder in the area with many examples of his work still present such as the Fire Department Building on 6th Avenue. He started and was president of Corrections Communication, Inc. Mr. Nix was Special Project Manager, Office of the Sergeant at Arms, for the Florida House of Representatives.He was a member of Panama City Jaycees, Military Affairs, Chamber of Commerce, First Friday Club, and Rotary Club.
Mr. Nix served on the Panama City Civil Board as Vice Chairman, Bay County Regional Airport as Vice Chairman, Bay Water Quality Committee, Northwest Florida Regional Housing Authority, Bay County Planning Commission as Chairman, and he was the Founder of White Western Dinner Club. Mr. Nix loved fishing and golf.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Robert and Ruby Nix. Mr. Nix is survived by his fiancée Georgia Dake of Panama City; son, Robert Nix, Jr. of Panama City; brother, Larry K. Nix and wife Alice of Marietta, GA; two grandchildren: Alek and Brannon Nix; cousin and loyal friend James (Jim) Smith of Tallahassee, FL; two nieces: Laura Gerson and Sharon Nix of Los Angeles, CA; nephew, Greg Nix of Marietta, GA; former wife Ginger Isler; and numerous cousins.
Funeral services will be 3 p.m., Tuesday, March 5, 2013 at Southerland Family Funeral Home with Reverend Clyde Ellis officiating. I got PAMAMAED just after a meeting at Peoples arranged by Rev. Hunt when he and his White Western Mens Club buddies Harry Sanders, Allan Bense, Walt Abbott, Joe Chapman and others were trying to rip off the Junction Station, Inc. truckstop deal. I met IRS Agent Russell Raymond Ervin at THE CLUB and he was later either murdered or sheepdipped to keep him from testifying IMHO. IRS Agent Ervin seized Florida Title on the same day I refused an EXTORTION attempt to purchase assets by CHICAGO TITLE AGENT H.B. James/Gulf Coast Title.
I hope the truth will finally be told.

When I worked for Panama Title, silently owned by Charles Isler, Jr., attorney for Bay Bank, St. Joe and others I found out there are 12 men that run Panama City, Bay County and are heavily involved in what goes on EVERYWHERE ELSE, TOO!  They put on a feed every third Thursday on Highway 77  and whatever they decide every third Thursday night…….HAPPENS FRIDAY MORNING!

Much  later, after I started Florida Title and became a threat to them, I was invited to the White Western Men’s Club by a local preacher, Rev. J. W. Hunt,  I was partners with in the Truck Stop Venture, Junction Station, Inc. on the corner of Hwy. 231 and Hwy. 20 just across the street from the landlocked and poorly planed BP Station and Hardees. My Great-uncle, Ellis L. Jordan owned the Southeast corner with about 30,000 more acres around there.  Worst night of my life. Saw all the people who had given me trouble for years. Met an IRS Agent, Russell R. Ervin that showed up the next day to do an audit. He threatened my life on behalf of the preacher he said they were doing an investigation on and the confidential informant and the IRS Agent in charge had turned up MISSING!.  Also saw Mike Mann, H. B. James, Clinton Foster and others there.

Just months later seized my 12-year-old business, Florida Title Insurance, Inc. when I refused to sell out to competitor “Gulf Coast Title”, agent for Chicago Title, owned by H.B. James and Michael Sharp. They had made a FAIR offer in contract prepared by Hess, but reduced the price to 10K at the last-minute and when I kicked them out of my office the IRS Agent showed up and ran another audit and said I owed 8K and refused to accept 5k that day and put the padlocks on the doors. They sold my business for 7K to James on the same day the Bankruptcy Court refused to accept my petition as Owner and Creditor of the Business.  They knew I was coming from the attorney, Charles Wynn, that had been paid to do the Bankruptcy and bailed and the Clerk was waiting at the door for me when they opened.

Sued under qui.tam. with notice to Justice Department, never heard from anyone until the IRS Inspectors Office did a murder investigation on the IRS Agent that was found dead just days after being served by U.S. Marshals. Never guess who did his autopsy. Filed RICO suit and it took three filings to get it past a crooked Federal Judiciary, Roger Vinson, Lacey Collier and William Stafford, and Bankruptcy Court. Could not appear on behalf of seized family owned corporation or Fictitious Name Company, Florida Title. Had paid attorneys, but they bailed at the last-minute like they do around here when you get PANAMAED!

Chicago Title, owned by Fidelity, is now in our building. Their parent company has tried to monopolize the title industry and many others. They gave New Century a contract to only turn down 2.5 percent of their loans regardless of income verification issues and fraud. There is a 500 page report. I believe Fidelity, Chicago Title, Lawyers Title, et.al.  ran out the competition to shore up their scheme to defraud us on a major scale. Time tells and they even bought our underwriter that was there that day and in on the scheme.

Tyndall Federal Credit Union was in on it too. Their Attorney was in the Firm that represented the Preacher and H.B. James. I was electrocuted while renting the Bank Building at 130 Harrison Avenue, Panama City, Florida. I think they tried to take me out. Jerry Gerde omitted a lot on my deed and tried to extort a settlement. Doctor covered up injuries. Attorneys had allowed adjacent owners to convert property owned by CU to their use. They wanted me out of business from the start.

This is why we are in the shape we are in. No Justice. No Oversight. No Conscience. They have taken away all the checks and balances. We need to enforce the Clayton Antitrust Act and the Sherman Antitrust Act. The RICO Act can be uses on these MOBSTERS, but we must be insured that the Judiciary is not corrupt to change anything..

Funny, the 12 members of White Western put on a feed each month. I was invited the night they served Hardees Roast Beef. We were trying to do a new truck stop, Junction Station, on the northeast corner of Hwy 231 and  Hwy 20 and it was just a scam to rip off the owner of the property by the crooked preacher and his crooked attorneys and his MOBSTER friends at White Western Men’s Club where James Finch and Harry Sanders are 2 of the 12 members. I saved the owners’ property from being stolen from him at the point of a pen.

Yea, I went a few years back when one of the 12 was retiring. Mr Vickery who owned the Panama CIty coca coal distributer was stepping down. I was a invited guest of my employer and a young guy at the time. I truely thought I had stepped back in slavery times. We were up in the woods as you kow and had nothing but black servants, the roads were lined with Bay COunty Deputies and had a escort when we left, 90% hammered drunk, but the Sheriff made sure that everyone made it to town driving. People like Joe Moore and Tom Lewis were there, the Sheriff of course. Congressmen and state senators were there. IT was truely a site to see who actually ran and still does Panama City and BAy COunty. The LEe Sullivans and Frank McKeithens. Just standing back listening, if someone had wiretaps, and had the balls to procecute, there would be no upper crust left in this area. They were all dirty.

R.I.P. Earl Kedrick Durden (1936-2010)

Kedrick Earl Durden, 73, of Panama City Beach, Fla., passed away Sunday, April 25, 2010 in his home surrounded by his family. Mr. Durden was born Sept. 29, 1936, in Hartford, Ala. He was the oldest child of the late Kedrick and Martha Strickland Durden. He will be remembered as a loving son, brother, husband and father, loyal friend, successful businessman and a longtime philanthropist in his community, state and nation.

Mr. Durden graduated from Rehobeth High School in Dothan, Ala., in 1954 where he was voted “Most Likely to Succeed” and lettered in football. He served in the United States Air Force from 1954 to 1958. While continuing to serve in the United States Air Force Reserve and managing a large furniture store in Topeka, Kan., from 1959 to 1962, Mr. Durden also earned a bachelor’s degree in accounting and finance from Washburn University.

After graduation from Washburn, Mr. Durden was hired by AT&T where he completed an extensive management training program. He then was hired as the manager of the Accounting Department for the newly built paper mill in Cedar Springs, Ga. He next took an assignment with his company, Great Northern Nekoosa, in Millinocket, Maine. After successfully completing this assignment, Mr. Durden transferred back to Cedar Springs in 1967 where he was promoted to vice president, general manager and director of the paper-mill owned railroad, the Chattahoochee Industrial Railroad. He served in this position until 1975, during which time he also was a member of the paper mill’s Executive Committee and was the project manager for a major mill expansion. During that period, the Chattahoochee Industrial Railroad was recognized as the most efficiently operated railroad in the United States.

During Mr. Durden’s tenure with Great Northern Nekoosa, he was also a member and state coordinator of the Executive Reservist in the Office of Emergency Transportation; president, director and member of the Executive Committee of Tri-Rivers Waterway Development Association; served on the Committee of 100 and the Transportation Committee of the Georgia State Chamber of Commerce; and served as a governor of the Georgia Business and Industry Association, representing railroads in the state.

From 1975 to 1980, Mr. Durden began a very successful transportation consulting practice. His clients included DuPont, Jim Walters Corp., Lundy-Thagard Oil Co. and Green Bay Packaging Corp..

During this same time period, Mr. Durden started up several disparate businesses in and around the Dothan, Ala., area, including a furniture store, a wooden pallet manufacturing plant and sawmill, an electric motor sales, repair and maintenance company, and two restaurants and nightclubs. Mr. Durden also served as president of the Northview High School Quarterback Club.

In 1980, Mr. Durden founded two companies, Rail Management Corp. and Rail Switching Services Inc. Rail Management Corp. owned and operated short line railroad companies all across the United States, eventually acquiring and operating 16 different railroads, including the Bay Line Railroad, which connected Panama City to Dothan. Rail Switching Services Inc., which Mr. Durden co-founded with his longtime friend and mentor, C.F. Fischer III of Dothan, provided in-plant rail services to large volume rail users all across the United States. Rail Switching Services’ first operation was serving the paper mill in Panama City.

Mr. Durden was an icon in the railroad industry with a reputation for operating the most efficient and safely run railroads in the United States. He sold Rail Management Corporation in 2005 and Rail Switching Services in 1995.

Mr. Durden served as chairman of the American Short Line and Regional Railroad Association for many years. Due to his successful advance of railroad legislation during his tenure, the association began an annual award, the “EARL” Award, which stood for Efforts in Advancing Rail Legislation. This award is given annually to the individual who demonstrates the best efforts in this area.

Mr. Durden moved from Dothan to Panama City in 1988. He founded a local community bank which was eventually acquired by Superior Bank of Birmingham, Ala. Mr. Durden continued to serve on the board for Superior Bank until his death.

He was a past chairman of the Florida Transportation Commission and served as a commission member for eight years. During his tenure, Mr. Durden was largely credited with securing the funding for the new Hathaway Bridge and the four-laning of State 79 and State 77. Last week, the Florida Legislators honored Mr. Durden for his contribution to the economic development of Panama City, Fla., by renaming a four-mile portion of State 79 the “K. Earl Durden Highway.”

During his time in Panama City, Mr. Durden was a member of the Florida Base Relocation Appointment Committee, served on the Bay County Economic Development Alliance, chaired the K-12 grade Sub-Committee of the Florida State University-Panama City Presidential Blue Ribbon Committee, was on the board of the Florida Council of 100, a director of the James Madison Institute, and director and past chairman of the Florida Justice Reform Institute.

Mr. Durden was an active participant and proponent for his community and the states of Florida, Alabama and Georgia. He was named by the Florida Trend Magazine as one of the 100 most influential persons in Florida.

Earl was beloved by his family, friends and associates. He drove to Slocomb, Ala., every Sunday to eat lunch with his beloved parents, brothers and sisters until his parents’ deaths. He has left a huge void and will be sorely missed.

He is survived by his loving wife, Karen Levy Durden of Panama City Beach, Fla.; his son, Michael Durden of Panama City Beach and Miami, Fla.; and his two stepsons, Patrick Green of Panama City Beach, Fla., and James Green of Tampa, Florida. He is also survived by his siblings, Lawrence Durden and his wife, Patsy, of Abbeville, Ala., Wynell Dawsey and her husband, Walter “Chunky,” of Dothan, Ala., Charlotte Price of Miami, Fla., Sandra McAlister and her husband, Jerry “Skeet,” of Slocomb, Ala., Roger Durden and his wife, Barbara, of Dothan, Ala., Judy Duell and her husband, Ron, of Compass Lake, Fla; nieces and nephews, Royce Dawsey, Rodney Dawsey, Rhonda Dawsey Jordan, Robin Dawsey, Bobby Price, Wendy Price Caiboya, David Durden, Donna Durden Walker, Vicki Durden Munn, Sherry Durden Davis, Paige McAllister, Derrick Duell, Troy Duell, and many great-nephews and great-nieces.

He is preceded in death by his parents and a niece, Jerri Lynn Hovey.

Funeral services for Mr. Durden will be held at 2 p.m. Wednesday, April 28, 2010, at the First Baptist Church of Panama City with the Rev. Clyde Ellison officiating. Private family entombment will follow. Asked to serve as pallbearers are George Roberts, David Spencer, James Finch, Harry Sipple, Scott Helms and Larry Parker. Anyone concerned about the systematic failure of our Banking system and what contributed to it bear in mind Fidelity’s monopolistic practices played a major role. I thought it was due to their Racketeering Activities just related to their Title Industry purchase of several independent underwriters, but it seems they also contributed to the Banking failure by participating in the cloaking of public record documents by fraudulent indexing and now it also seems they were involved in the ROBO SIGNING DOC SCAM!

“LPS and its subsidiaries, including Georgia-based DocX, engaged in widespread fraud involving mortgage related documents,” Georgia Attorney General Sam Olens said in a news release. “This multistate settlement holds LPS accountable for past actions and puts new requirements in place to prevent future misconduct.”

Though some other states and the federal government have pursued criminal action against the company’s former CEO, Lorraine Brown, Georgia has not. Olens’ office has said it has no jurisdiction over the fraudulent foreclosure documents filed before mid-2012, though local district attorneys do.

LPS previously settled with Missouri, Delaware and Colorado, and LPS CEO Hugh Harris said in a news release his firm “look(s) forward to favorably resolving our remaining regulatory and legal issues in the near future.”

As part of the settlement, LPS is required to review documents its affiliates filed from 2008 to 2010 to determine if any need to be corrected.

I filed a pro.se, qui.tam. Racketeering Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act suit against several Banks such as Bay Bank, Sun Bank, Savings and Loans, such as Florida First Federal and Peoples First Federal, Tyndall Federal Credit Union, Two IRS Agents, Russell R. Ervin and Dennis Lister, a number of attorneys such as Jerry Gerde and Bert Davenport, Rev. J. W. Hunt, Abbott Appraisal Associates, Buchanan-Harper Surveying, Key Electrical Supplies and a competitor Title Company, Gulf Coast Title, an agent of Chicago Title, now owned by Fidelity National,  and others in Panama City, Florida

The qui.tam. RICO Act complaint was filed due to coercion of business, Sherman Act violations, Hobbs Act violations, Clayton Act violations and several other counts when we refused to sell to our competitor who change the price on a contract to buy our assets.  The IRS Agent, who I had met at the White Western Men’s Club, had previously threatened my life when he said my preacher partner was a “bad man” and they were doing an investigation on him and the IRS Agent in charge and a confidential informant had “turned up missing”.  He seized my business the same day we refused to sell.  The Bankruptcy Court refused to accept Chapter 11 reorganization petition and US District Court refused to accept first two complaints.  After sanitizing complaint it was accepted and 32 defendants were served by US Marshals.  Just days later IRS Agent was found dead.  His autopsy was conducted by Coroners Office where Coroner later murdered his wife.
We never got a hearing, discovery conference, seizure fo assets of defendants not appearing, ect…. Our first hearing was at the 11th Circuit Court of Appeals where most of the 15 minutes was spent trying to get the Agents’ body exhumed for an independent autopsy. The IRS Inspectors office had questioned me in a murder investigation, but it went nowhere.
There were a couple of reasons this occurred.  I had just discovered that Wes Burnham, a title company from Clearwater, FL and a contractor involved with our underwriter, Industrial Valley Title, now owned by Chicago Title and Fidelity National who also owns Lawyers Title and American Pioneer (the company that controls the Public Records via OnCore throughout Florida)  had constructed a condo on a 1000′ of dedicated Beach Front Park, saved a partner from being swindled out of 27 acre Truck Stop Parcel, discovered major surveying errors downtown showing streets, alleys and main street Harrison Avenue being moved 67 feet illegally with a domino effect on all adjacent parcels, and multiple other overt acts being committed by a Racketeering Enterprise that was composed of most of the business sector of the area.
A qui.tam. notice is where you send the Justice Department a copy of your complaint 90 days before filing to allow “the King to enjoin to correct the problem or if not to allow you to sue the King”.  They returned it to us in a plain manilla envelope with no cover letter to express the fact there was no plan to enjoin.
The problems we are facing now did not just “happen”, they are well planned and occurred with the knowledge and participation of many.  These include the ones that are supposed to be protecting us.

This past January13th marked ten years that my father was murdered and justice being denied to my family. A few days ago, I finally received a copy of the investigative report conducted by Jim Casey. My attorney, Mark Gelman hired Mr. Casey on our behalf after reading a news article in the Jacksonville Newspaper regarding Mr. Casey retiring from the FBI and going into private practice. After a 7 month investigation, he has determined that there is probable cause that my father ‘s wife of three weeks killed him.

Jim Casey is the son of William Casey who was the head of the FBI and the CIA. Casey’s report is 50 pages with 6 volumes of evidence. Friday, it was sent to the new Sarasota State attorney and the current medical examiner requesting that my father’s killer be arrested. I will be able to share the report with you in a week. At that point, it could be shared with everyone. My faith in God and the support of my family is the reason why I am going to make it to the finish line.

Lake Mary pathologist still wonders about man’s 2003 death

LAKE MARY — Pathologist William Anderson has performed 8,000 autopsies in his career, but it’s one he didn’t do that troubles him.

Eight years ago, Anderson reviewed the death of a 71-year-old Sarasota man who apparently had died of a heart attack. The case appeared unremarkable, police said nothing was amiss, and the man’s new wife did not request an autopsy. So Anderson signed the death certificate and moved on.

That, Anderson says, was a mistake.

“If we’d known then what we found out later, I definitely would have ordered an autopsy,” he said in recent interview. “It mystifies me that it hasn’t happened yet.”

Now a private pathologist in Lake Mary, Anderson has been saying the same thing for six years. He is a supporting player in a bitter dispute between the dead man’s son — who thinks his father was murdered — and Sarasota law-enforcement officials who say the son — South Florida resident Steve Esdale — sees conspiracies in every shadow.

Those found guilty of racketeering can be fined up to $25,000 and sentenced to 20 years in prison per racketeering count. Sheriff Gualtiera, by way of this notarized letter (Scan 0992), I am hereby officially filing a criminal complaint upon suspect identified as;

Clearwater Assistant Police Chief Sandra Rena Wilson.

Furthermore, upon this filing, I am requesting a criminal investigation by the Pinellas County Sheriff’s Office into the following facts as presented.

There are three issues being presented to your department identified as items 1-3.

Item # 1 reflects a perjury incident upon the suspect, item # 2 discloses at least three identities upon the suspect, and item # 3 reflects a current and open issue regarding the suspect’s previous employment with the Florida Department of Law Enforcement (FDLE) and the erroneous / falsified police report identified as # OR-48-0253 “Exhibit E”.

Here are the facts;

(1) Attached evidence marked as “Exhibit A” (Scan 0985), Sandra Rena Wilson fraudulently acknowledged her date of birth as “Feb 02, 1962.”

(a) “Exhibit A” is identified as “Not One And The Same Affidavit” and was administered under oath and under penalties of perjury.

(b) The document was administered by notary identified as Joan M. Martell in Pinellas County on June 14th, 2011 in Pinnellas County Florida.

(c) Notary identified as Joan M. Martell, is employed by the Clearwater Police Department as the Senior Staff Assistant.

(d) The Notary Commission of Joan M. Martell is identified as # DD 703658 and displayed within “Exhibit B” (Scan 0986).

(e) The criminal event occurred within the jurisdiction of the Pinellas County Sheriff’s Office and the Tampa FBI.

(f) “Exhibit A” was officially recorded and is displayed within the Orange County Comptroller Book

10238, Page 2358 and additionally identified by recording # 20110358650.

(e) The recording of the criminal event (perjury) in Orange County Florida is within the jurisdiction of the Tampa FBI.

(2) It has been confirmed through evidence that Sandra Rena Wilson, a sworn law enforcement officer, has at least three (3) dates of birth identified as;

(a) Feb. 02, 1962 – “Exhibit A” – recorded affidavit under penalties of perjury

(b) February 09, 1962 – “Exhibit C” (Scan 0987) Moving violation recorded in Alachua County Clerk of Court

(c) February 19, 1962 – “Exhibit D” (Scan 0988) Email by the University of Florida (U/F) Police

Department, former employer, confirming the acknowledgment of discovery in identifying two (2) dates of birth upon suspect and identified as February 09, 1962 and February 19, 1962.

Identified parties within the communications are; Assistant U/F Police Chief Tony Dunn, U/F Police Chief Linda Stump and Walt DoBruck.

Based upon the facts displayed above recognizing three dates of birth, a true identity upon the suspect identified as a sworn law enforcement officer within the State of Florida, is unknown at this time. The facts presented warrant immediate attention into clarifying the true identity of Sandra Rena Wilson. Additional evidence is available upon request.

(3) Prior to employment with the Clearwater Police Department, Sandra Rena Wilson was employed by the Florida Department of Law Enforcement (FDLE) in the Orlando Regional Office within the capacity of Supervising Agent.

On the 20th of November 2008, myself and others met with FDLE Agent Sandra Rena Wilson and FDLE Agent Michael Andrew Giddens and my wife and I supplied both agents with a probable cause package warranting the arrest of Lake County Deputy Derek Lynn Deland who committed over $ 100,000 in disaster aid fraud.

Additionally, a probable cause package was also presented warranting the arrest of Lake County Affordable Housing Manager identified as a one Nicie Mae Allen Parks for federal and state fraud regarding various programs.

(a) Recently acquired evidence identified as “Exhibit E” (Scan 0989) displays an erroneous and falsified police report # OR-48-0253 and acknowledges the fact that criminal evidence was suppressed by Agent Sandra Rena Wilson and Agent Michael Andrew Giddens.

(b) Suppressing criminal evidence is a violation of law, falsifying an official police report is a violation of law, and withholding evidence displaying federal fraud is a violation of United States Code (U.S.C.) Title 18 Section 4.

(c) “Exhibit E” is allegedly under current investigation by FDLE although no identifying factors have

been displayed by FDLE in addressing Sandra Rena Wilson’s involvement with OR-48-0253 as one of two agents representing FDLE and the criminal acts by both agents displayed within OR- 48-0253.

(d) “Exhibit E” originated in Orange County Florida and within jurisdiction of the Tampa FBI.

(e) The suppression of evidence by both agents, including Sandra Rena Wilson, has aided the non

prosecution of (proven crimes) commited by not only Lake County Deputy Derek Lynn Deland and now current employee of Leesburg Police Department; Nicie Mae Allen Parks, but has suppressed additional facts presented on November 20, 2008 that have lead into proving public corruption within Lake County Florida government.

Sheriff Gualtiera, your assistance is requested within this serious matter. “Exhibit A” has been released for the first time and is the gateway in warranting a complete and thorough criminal investigation followed by prosecution.

Furthermore, your actions or in-actions from this point forward will weigh heavily upon the Pinellas County Sheriff’s Office and the representatives identified within this correspondence. The outcome of this official complaint shall stand as a benchmark in measuring the divide between “law and lawless.”

The facts have been presented and I expect this criminal complaint to be administered the same as if any other regardless of the suspect’s current position as Clearwater’s Assistant Police Chief.

Please confirm the receipt of this official complaint by responding to georgiakracker@embarqmail.com, as well as, providing a case number identifying this complaint. I ask the same from all recipients identified above and receiving a copy of this complaint. We are tracking this case and logging all points of contact.

Once the news broke about the rapes that occurred 2 1/2 months earlier, the Lake County Sheriff’s Office led by Gary Borders began investigating. Sheriff Borders has been closely connected to the Ranch as an “Advisory Board Member” since the opening of the Ranch in 1989. Furthermore, the Ranch received millions of dollars in government and private funding on a yearly basis. Bridges of America owned the Ranch which is the same group who operate “The Prison Ministry.”

Big money, corporate officers, elite sponsors and the personal involvement of Sheriff Gary Borders with the Ranch for over (20) years; crippled the justice system by manipulating any and all investigations into the rapes of (5) innocent children. The justice system failed miserably in protecting the victims of this atrocity. Instead, the network of the Sheriff’s Office, Lake County Commission, State Attorney’s Office, Department of Children & Families, FDLE, and even the office of Governor Rick Scott; created a gauntlet by dropping a judicial shield on the Green Isle Ranch in order to conceal exposure.

Similarities with the 2009 case; The article was written on March 14, 2001, five months had passed w/o an arrest and the investigation remained dormant. Media broke the story when the lawsuit was filed, triggering exposure of the rapes and the suppression of investigating. The same individuals within the judicial circle were present in the 2001 case as they are in the 2009 case. This time (5) rapes occurred at the same Ranch which Gary Borders (now Sheriff Borders) is an Advisory Member along with Julia Law @ Secretary.

It seems what they have done is certain parties make a killing developing properties, deposit the profits in offshore accounts, bankrupt the properties, bankrupt the banks that had mortgages on them, FDIC and others take hit on failure, consolidate the banks in a monopolistic way, pay the monopolies to take the failed banks,  make the monopolies whole through AIG, remake them whole AGAIN through TARP, liquidate the assets for pennies on the dollar, set up front “holding” companies, purchase the assets for pennies on the dollar, dispose of the assets at an improved market value, finance the transactions, market the paper, DO IT ALL AGAIN…..WE ARE HERE!

Brad Birkenfeld worked for Switzerland’s largest bank, UBS. He exposed a multi-billion dollar international tax fraud scandal shortly after registering as an IRS whistleblower. It involved hundreds of billions of dollars (over 17,000 accounts) being hidden from IRS detection, largely by corporations and very wealthy individuals in the U.S. and U.K.

Birkenfeld was arrested for violating banking laws and was sentenced to 40 months at a federal prison in Pennsylvania. He is the only U.S. citizen to be sentenced for the scandal. At first, it was a secret to which wealthy Americans benefited from these tax evasion tactics, possibly because an unspecified number of the account holders were found to be U.S. Congressional leaders and other politicians.

Shortly before Eric Holder accepted President Obama’s offer to head the office of the Attorney General, he was legal council for UBS. It is also important to know that UBS’s President, Robert Wolf, is not only one of Obama’s golfing buddies, but one of his largest campaign contributors. Birkenfeld is scheduled to be released November 29, 2012.

The whistleblower in a breakthrough tax fraud case against Swiss bank UBS AG has won a record-setting $104 million reward from the U.S. Internal Revenue Service, a handsome payout that could entice more informants to come forward.

Bradley Birkenfeld, who once confessed to smuggling diamonds in a toothpaste tube, was not present at the news conference on Tuesday where his award was announced by his lawyers.

He was released from prison just last month and is living in New Hampshire under home confinement at a friend’s estate where he is gardening and assisting with other jobs involving manual labor on the property, the lawyers said.

Based on netting roughly $44 million after paying federal taxes and legal fees, which tax lawyers not involved in the case called a reasonable estimate, Birkenfeld realized about $46,000 for each day he spent in prison.

In a case that shook Swiss banking to its core, UBS in 2009 entered into a deferred prosecution agreement and paid $780 million in fines, penalties, interest and restitution to settle charges that it helped thousands of wealthy Americans hide billions of dollars in secret Swiss accounts.

U.S. authorities are still investigating other Swiss banks.

Birkenfeld knew the inner workings of UBS and spilled many secrets about his former employer’s dealings with U.S. clients. But he was jailed after the government said that he withheld other information and he spent 30 months in prison.

He is scheduled to be freed from home confinement in late November and he is continuing to help government tax authorities with their investigations, said his lawyers, Stephen Kohn and Dean Zerbe, who would not discuss their cut of the award.

The Private Investigator on Tonya Mullins case speaks…AND NEEDS TO CONTACT THE DAY FAMILY.

First, it has been a very long time and the family and I have exhausted all of our efforts to bring this case to closure. It was evident that every aspect to this tragic case was examined and re-examined. I became very ill after our investigation, I underwent severe cardiac problems and now I have total kidney failure, I now undergo dialysis 5 days a week.
My heath is not well, but, still I continue to examine and re-examine every part of the investigation. What everyone does not know is the first much of the physical evidence was virtually gone. No clothing, blood spatter,and so on were gone. I can tell you this, I was very skeptical about this entire case from the beginning. I read FHP reports, medical examiner reports and every report that was available to me and my office.
I had to reconstruct the entire crime scene from glossy colored photo’s. I do believe that FHP should have immediately had a breath alcohol test o blood test on Chris Montgomery, that is my opinion and mine alone. This was considered a traffic fatality, and, these test should have been done. A beret was found at the scene, not by law enforcement, but by the family when they arrived at the scene. The hair beret has hair fibers still attached to the hair beret, it was my opinion that this beret hair fibers were found with roots from the scalp. This beret was found I believe some 20-25 feet from the point of impact. How did it get there. A theory was that it was possible that a confrontation may have taken place prior to the accident. It was found outside the garage door about 3-4 feet from the door. I also questioned the blood spatter found on he wheel well next to the running boards. I wanted to examine the clothing that Tanya was wearing that night for any valuable evidence, I was told it was destroyed, why ? I had documented all of this inconsistencies in a very long report as well as a letter to then Gov. Charlie Crist. You now that out come of that.
I have sat back and read many of the comments, opinions and so forth, but the only one who hold the key to this case is Chris Montgomery. I will never put this case down, I will always hunt for information. After all this is not Montgomery’s first rodeo.

The fact the investigation has been botched, as evidenced by the incident report, State Attorney Glenn Hess’ stonewalling and the media’s typical investigative reporting breakdown, leads me to believe there is a lot more to this story than is being reported.

DO YOU THINK THAT IT IS ETHICAL FOR RELIABLE NEWS COMPANIES SUCH AS  GANNETT, TRIBUNE AND McCLATCHY TO OWN AN UNETHICAL AND ABUSIVE WEBSITE LIKE TOPIX?

In August 2006 a press release  indicated that GANNETT (GCI), Tribune and McClatchy a triumverate of the nations most powerful newspaper holding companies had increased major equity stakes in web companies such as Topix.net.

 Since that time,  dozens of these companies have dumped TOPIX as their online commenting forum in spite of still maintaining ownership of Topix shares, in place of manageable and registration based services such as FACEBOOK, OPEN ID, YAHOO or DISQUS.

Under the agreement, Gannett and Tribune would each increase their equity stakes in Topix to 31.9%.

THE TRANSACTION

The agreement valued Topix.net at $72 million.

In November of 2006 VENTURE WIRE reported that TOPIX was valued at approximately $72 million.  That year, Topix stated that it raised $15 million in additional funds from their media investors GANNETT (GCI), TRIBUNE (privately held) and McCLATCHY (MNI) raising their states in TOPIX to the following percentages:

GANNETT – 33.7%
TRIBUNE – 33.7%

McCLATCHY – 11.9%

One website has estimated Topix’s revenue at $1 million per year which could be a big paper loss for McClatchy, Gannett and Tribune who it appear to have invested initially in the company when it was valued at $72 million and then invested $15 million more.

TOPIX does not appear to have any hard assets other than office assets, but with their ability to dominate GOOGLE searches, they certainly do have some soft assets.  Of course what they DO with those assets, is everyone’s concern.

Topix refused to disclose the financials of the deal but one article  puts the cost at about $5 million.  Combine that with the $15 million subsequently invested and the total was $20 million.

Since they don’t invest in moderators very much, their biggest salaries are no doubt their execs.

So, Topix generates quite a bit of secret money for Tribune, McClatchy and Gannett but the question is, do they have any way to make money if they do not attract unmoderated town by town forums?  Furthermore, do they have any social value?  Any at all.

Topix simply reaps the benefits because they own the Google searches better than most of the newspaper sites do.  So, the reasons for affiliation with Topix by media companies is all but gone, leaving one to wonder if they are just quietly profiting from Topix command of the anonymous blog world or if they are afraid that selling their investment would kill the company and create more attention.

So, as of March 2005 Topix ownership was as follows:

Founders – 25%

Gannett – 25%

Knight-Ridder (McClatchy now) – 25%

Tribune – 25%

It was more widely publicized that the triumvirate invested $15 million more however the investments were not equal because at the end of the deal, the  ownership was divided as follows:

GANNETT – 33.7%    TRIBUNE – 33.7%  McCLATCHY – 11.9%

We presume the balance twenty percent to be still owned by the founders of Topix LLC

Topix Can Skirt New California Cyberbullying Law

A new law in California, SB1411, makes it a crime to create a fake online profile to harm someone.   This law addresses the rather understood situation where someone makes up a fake Facebook or MySpace account and harms someone through defamation, harassment or cyber bullying.

However, the fact that nobody has to register with Topix to comment means that Topix can be used to skirt the law.  You don’t have to ‘fake it’ with Topix.  You can legally hide.  This creates two interesting issues:

1) Does this law create an incentive for companies to drop registration altogether.  After all, the law basically says that if you don’t have to identify yourself anyway, you can harm people online.

2) Since Topix does not require registration, is it possible that judges might interpret the law this way:  Anonymous comments are all fake.  In other words, either you identify yourself, or you are fake.  In this way, all anonymous posts which harm, will be interpreted as fake and will be covered by the law.

HOW DO THINGS FROM TOPIX APPEAR SO FAST ON GOOGLE?

Topix has instituted no measures which would prevent cyberbullying, harassment, cyber stalking, antisemitism, hate and defamation in spite of years of complaint and abuse by victims, many of who have suffered emotional, psychological, and financial harm from lost jobs and destroyed reputations. 

So, if the literal comings and goings, our purchasing decisions and virtually every piece of data which can be collected about our use of the internet, the public deserves to understand why Google searches give an unusually high and powerful relevance to user generated news on Topix.

It is clear that what Google does behind the scenes is a closely guarded secret but there doesn’t seem to be any major economic advantage to Google, as many other websites have much more reliable news.  In fact,  research has shown that once a person’s name has been removed from Topix, Google searches on that person’s name bring up a much richer variety of relevant websites.

In order to be able to further trust Google, we all need to know what their views are on handing Topix so much power.

The Bizarre Phenomenon of Topix Echo

Some new information about the bizarre phenomenon that has been named Topix Echo.  When a Topix post is deleted, there are several different artifacts that remain on the internet:

1) The actual link to the deleted post will still work.  It will land on the Topix main page for the town where the post had existed.  This is a good deal for Topix because they get more traffic to their site and in fact capture traffic that they really have no apparent right to.  For example, if the post about Augustus Gloop is deleted (see below) then future searches on Augustus’s name will bring people to the TOPIX page in one of several Illinois towns, instead of to pages with relevant information about the fictional Roald Dahl character.

However, Topix instead just redirects to their local site and this tells GOOGLE that the search result might still be relevant.  This practice is COMMON with legitimate news sites which archive articles over time and perhaps want to sell you the archived article.  But the assertion is that if it justified being deleted, then it justifies being de-indexed.

2) The CACHE of the post may still exist for a time.  All search engines take a snapshot of web pages that they index.  When the page has changed or been deleted, Google may take some time to change the snapshot.  Therefore, Google will have their own version of the page (it has less images than the actual page and no apps, Java, etc) which you can see by clicking CACHED next to the web result.

3) TOPIX ECHO

People searching for the Topix post, or the subject of the posts name, or the defamed company, will just end up on Topix (usually the town page where the post existed) even if the CACHE is gone and there is no link to the deleted post.  There are cases of people whose names were on Topix for years, whose names were deleted off Topix.  Yet when you Google that person’s name and town, even though their name appears NOWHERE on Topix, you will come to the Topix city page  In many cases, the Topix page will be the NUMBER ONE result of a search on that person’s name, a name which exists nowhere on the page.  This is an irrelevant Google search result.

Topix Controls GOOGLE – The Shocking Truth

Google is the most used search engine in the world and one of the most powerful internet companies in existence today.  Whole businesses exist to help companies maximize their position and relevance with respect to GOOGLE SEARCHES.

Yet a Topix post, anonymous and unmoderated (other than for profanity), could be listed on a local GOOGLE search in just six minutes.  And within a day, it can become the number one destination for certain search terms on GOOGLE.

How is this possible for a website which draws its content from other sources or from web users and, more importantly, which has no verification whatsoever as to the truthfulness of what is posted on its site?  Meanwhile, the evidence is there to prove that whatever is posted on Topix unfairly rides high on search engine relevance, whether it is true or not, harmful or not or relevant or not.

Knowing that Topix posts are anonymous, do not require registration, and are under moderated, one can easily see the power that defamation, harassment or cyberbullying has on Topix.

I do  not understand why it is that GOOGLE affords Topix such unprecedented domination of web searches, especially when under ten people are moderating Topix forums.

TOXIC TOPIX:

Toxic Topix has uncovered three pieces of information relevant to GOOGLE searches which may help readers understand why unmoderated anonymous posts of any kind, whether true or false, defamation or news, abusive or reasonable, seem to ride to the top of GOOGLE searches.  Google’s search technology is patented and thousands have tried to understand exact how it works.  So the information below is speculative based on research done by others:

1)  new!!!  Google counts the number of times that a website is linked to around the internet.  The more links, the more relevance the website is given.  However typically, multiple links from the same website are only treated once.  Research has shown that Topix forums typically link to each other in various ways and Topix crossposts forums on nearby towns.  However, Google may be treating these as individual news stories.  If this is true then Topix can boost traffic to its own pages by linking to itself and this would give Topix a crazy amount of power over Google, potentially more than any other user generated content site.

2) Google appears to give a higher rank to websites which have historically been reliable sources of information whether or not they still are.  In other words, as a news aggregator, Topix drew in very reliable news from very reliable news sources.  This gave anything written on Topix alot of relevance for GOOGLE.

3) It is known  to find out that GOOGLE probably promotes (meaning it gives higher relevance) to sites which are listed and categorized by  DMOZ.  DMOZ is a human created directory of websites and DMOZ was basically begun as the Open Directory Project which just so happens to be the predecessor to the creation of TOPIX.COM.

I am also reminded that GOOGLE is a COMPANY not the government and therefore they can be unfair and unbiased.

The problem of course is that we TRUST GOOGLE and if they (GOOGLE) are consistently giving priority to TOPIX it really means that GOOGLE is partially a TOPIX search engine and not an engine that actually provides a full and complete web search.

It also begs the question as to WHY Google gives Topix such power.

I realize that Topix is a news aggregator and therefore using it to facilitate searching for news is effective for you apparently.

However, Topix forums are not news.  They are unmoderated and littered with garbage, yet GOOGLE searches give them the highest of priority other than superpower websites like CNN.COM or AMAZON.COM.

Topix CEO Chris Tolles Getting Defensive – Is the Truth Coming Out?

Topix CEO Chris Tolles claims that Topix champions free speech, enabling anonymous insults and salacious gossip, both of which are fine of you are TMZ or INSIDE EDITION talking about public figures but highly destructive when targeting private citizens and youth (and Topix has no way to tell what is true and what isn’t).

IIt is  actually thought that Topix is taking this stand for the most part because it gives them a ’cause’ which justifies their pushing internet ads for profits on things that other people write.  I think that if Topix had to actually do the work to make their site responsible that they would lose their “money maker.”

Attorney urges officers to file corruption complaints with FBI

Tallahassee, Fla. (WTXL) — Leon County Attorney David Chester is urging sworn officers who have corruption concerns to file their complaints with the FBI’s Public Corruption office.

Chester has been working corruption allegation cases against Leon County agencies for several years now.  He questions the validity of the internal investigation that lead to the arrest of LCSO Deputy David Graham.  Graham was charged with stealing thousands of dollars from an elderly man, our call to his attorney has not been returned.

LCSO Legal Counsel Alan Griner investigates an average of 30 to 50 cases involving deputies each year.  He says the majority of them are unfounded.  “If someone calls us with an allegation of a complaint we investigate the complaint,” he said.  “We try to be consistent with our investigations.”  Internal Investigation officers look for facts on a case; the case is then handed to other higher ranking officers within the department for review, before it’s handed to the Sheriff.  If the deputy wishes to have the case and disciplinary action reviewed, it goes to another group of officers within the department.

The Tallahassee Police Department follows a similar protocol with their officer complaints reviews said officer David Northway. “We are transparent in the problems we have; all departments will have issues.” he said.  “If they pop-up here, we expect them to be found out and we follow through with them.”

It’s this process that Chester says he finds questionable.  He urges anyone in the public and even deputies file a public corruption case with the FBI instead.

I HEAR THEY HAVE OPENED UP THE INVESTIGATION ON THIS CASE AGAIN..IN MY OPINION THIS WAS  A MURDER……..I WONDER IF THE STATEMENT MADE BY JEFF HAIRE REGARDING SHANNON’S ROLEX WATCH AND HER JEWELRY BEING IN POSSESSION OF SOME CRACK DEALER HAD ANYTHING TO DO WITH IT…..SEEMS THAT STATEMENT WAS RETRACTED AND DENIED…..ONE CANNOT TAKE BACK STATEMENTS LIKE THAT MADE TO DISTRAUGHT FAMILY MEMBERS IN LIGHT OF HOW THEY WERE TREATED BY THE CORRUPT FUNERAL HOME THAT DENIED THEM UNLIMITED ACCESS TO THEIR FAMILY MEMBER TO, IMHO, HIDE THE MULTIPLE INJURIES AND SIGNS OF FOUL PLAY.

There was also a report of a Sailboat that had floundered in that same area……AND the owner of the $452K home, King L. Williams, III of Santa Barbara, CA had a Boat Building Business, OCEAN CHANNEL ADVENTURES INC.,……no one ever identified the boat.

Shannon Evans who authorities identified as  Shannon Evans Farooqui was found by an unknown fisherman in Callaway Bayou near Cook Bayou and very close to her residence at 1126 Plantation Drive that she shared with her live-in boyfriend Thomas Jason Posey who is said to be employed at George Gainer’s Bay Lincoln Mercury Used Car Lot.

Jeremy Mathis is conducting the investigation and has caused Shannon’s family great pain by failing to communicate with them soon after Shannon was found drown in Cook Bayou and even laughing regarding one critical  issue.  Jeff Harris is also involved in the investigation.

Anyone having any information about this case needs to contact the family via this site and the authorities.

Rumors have it that they are considering this case a suicide…..but why did the Medical Examiner not mention that the both sides of her head was black and blue?

I DO NOT BELIEVE THAT IS THE CASE.  THERE ARE TOO MANY UNANSWERED QUESTIONS!

As hardball Hollywood lawyers go, Terry N. Christensen ranks in the top tier.

For 35 years, the former Marine Corps prosecutor has served as billionaire Kirk Kerkorian’s legal muscle in contentious deals involving studios, casinos, airlines and the nation’s biggest automakers. According to court records, Christensen once told Kerkorian’s former wife that his client would “bury” her financially if she continued with a child support lawsuit.

• The Pellicano Case

“We are tough and we can be, I guess, ruthless,” he told a Los Angeles Times reporter in 1994. “But it’s always within the bounds of honesty, and I think that’s why courts respect us.”

On Wednesday, a federal grand jury alleged Christensen had stepped out of bounds, indicting the 65-year-old attorney on wiretapping and conspiracy charges. Christensen allegedly paid Hollywood private investigator Anthony Pellicano at least $100,000 to tap the phones of Lisa Bonder Kerkorian, a former tennis pro who was married to the mogul for only a month in 1999, to gain the upper hand in their dispute.

Christensen’s indictment sends a shock wave through the ranks of Hollywood’s most powerful lawyers and executives. It provides the first hint at the extent of taped conversations prosecutors have seized from Pellicano’s files, and liberally quotes from them.

Pellicano allegedly told Christensen that his eavesdropping showed that Lisa Kerkorian’s child, whom Kirk Kerkorian did not father, “gets on the phone maybe five or six times a week and just cries into the phone.” In another chat, Christensen allegedly told Pellicano it would be “interesting” to know what Lisa Kerkorian’s reaction was to that day’s court proceedings.

Christensen’s indictment represents the first charges brought against a member of the small fraternity of entertainment lawyers who regularly employed Pellicano in bare-knuckle battles representing celebrities and moguls.

Last week, Pellicano was indicted, along with six others, on federal charges that he wiretapped and performed illegal background checks on dozens of executives and celebrities, including Sylvester Stallone and comedian Garry Shandling. Bertram Fields, one top attorney who used Pellicano, has publicly acknowledged that he is a subject of the investigation. Fields has denied any wrongdoing.

Christensen’s indictment was greeted with disbelief by his longtime legal partner, Patricia Glaser, and, notably, by the notoriously private Kerkorian. The 88-year-old Los Angeles financier, who briefly employed Christensen in the 1980s as president of his Tracinda Corp. investment firm, issued a statement calling his attorney “a paragon of integrity.”

Glaser said Christensen became involved with Pellicano only after death threats were made against Lisa Kerkorian’s child. The case became fodder for tabloids and talk shows when Lisa Kerkorian sought $320,000 a month for her daughter and when such details as the spending of $70,000 for the child’s birthday party were revealed.

“He is probably the best strategist of anybody I have ever worked with,” Glaser said of Christensen. “He is a wonderful lawyer, a wonderful friend and has nothing but integrity.”

Another friend and client, Peter Sadowski, executive vice president and general counsel for Fidelity National Financial Inc., said Christensen resigned his seat on the company’s board of directors Wednesday because of the indictment.

Christensen is a partner in the Century City firm Christensen, Miller, Fink, Jacobs, Glaser, Weil & Shapiro.

“The Clinton camp made much of the fact that Anthony J. Pellicano, an expert on audio recording analysis, had told the press that a twelve-minute portion of the tape of conversations between Flowers and Clinton had been ‘selectively edited’ at two points.”
