Thomas H. Harbin (b. 1833- d. 1885) MSA SC 5496-018954 Property owner, Piscataway, Prince George’s County, Maryland
Biography:
Thomas H. Harbin was a slave owner in Prince George’s County during the antebellum period. Thomas Henry Harbin was born in Bryantown, Charles County on August 25, 1833 to Walter and Catherine Harbin. During the 1850’s Harbin moved from Charles County to Prince Georges County. Tom Harbin married his cousin Mary Stewart in Washington on October 2, 1855. Together they had one son named James T. Harbin. Mary Stewart died sometime before 1860, leaving Harbin a single parent.
Thomas Harbin was commissioned to be the postmaster for Bryantown on December 27, 1854. Harbin lived in Piscataway Village, where he was the proprietor of a hotel, Harbin House which later became the Piscataway Tavern. In 1859, Harbin placed a runaway ad for his slave Joe Thomas. The 1860 slave schedule list Harbin as having only two slaves. In 1861, Thomas Harbin sold his hotel to George H. Hunter and Walter P. Griffin.
Thomas Harbin was a Confederate Spy who was involved in the plot to kidnap President Lincoln. Harbin reported directly to Jefferson Davis and used the alias Thomas Wilson during his time as a spy for the Confederates. The Baltimore American published the confession of George Atzerodt on July 9, 1865. Atzerodt admitted to Tom Harbin’s involvement in the conspiracy to kidnap the president. In 1869 the newspaper published a more in depth version of Atzerodt’s confession, listing Harbin as a co-conspirator. Harbin was never charged with the crime.
Harbin returned to Washington, DC during the late 1860’s where he worked as a desk clerk at the National Hotel. He married Ella Creed and together they had two children Mary Blanche, and George. In 1885 George Alfred Townsend (GATH), had an interview with Harbin which was published in the Cincinatti Enquirer on April 18, 1892. In the interview, Harbin admits to his involvement with the Lincoln Assassination plot and how he came to meet John Wilkes Booth. Thomas Harbin died in Washington on November 18, 1885 and is buried at Mount Olivet Cemetery.
The text below is that of a confession made by George A. Atzerodt on May 1, 1865 to Maryland Provost Marshal James McPhail.
The confession is was recorded in note form by a detective on McPhail’s staff.
The confession is jumbled and rather confusing, but what emerges is Atzerodt’s admission of willingness to participate in the plan to kidnap
Lincoln, but also his insistence that he played no role in the assassination conspiracy. The confession is noteworthy also for its suggestion
that Dr. Samuel Mudd played a significant role in the conspiracy. The confession, based on defense attorney W. E. Doster’s objection,
was not entered into evidence in the military trial.
James Wood sometimes called Mosby boarded with Mrs. Murray an Irish woman on the corner of 9 & F St. in a three story house, front on the upper end of the P.O. and South End of Patent Office – with basement entrance on the left side going up 9th St. from Avenue. He was a little over six feet, black hair, smooth round face, gray coat black pants, & spring coat mixed with white & gray. Saw him last time on Friday evening about 5 o’ck with Booth. He sent for letters to the post office with James Hall. He was brought from New York. Surratt told me so. He said he had been a prisoner in Balte, near the depot. He was arrested for whipping a negro woman. Mosby was Wood’s nick name – did not know him by any other name than mentioned. Gust. Powell now arrested in Old Capitol was one of the party. He went also by name of Gustavus Spencer, Surratt and Spencer came from Richmond, together just after it had fallen.James Donaldson, a low chunky man about 23 or 24 years of age, small-potted, dark complexion (not very) deep plain black suit; only saw him one time & this was Wednesday previous to the murder, he was having an interview with Booth and told him to meet him on Friday eve & he replied he would and left and went up Penn. Avenue towards the Treasury building. I was under the impression he came on with Booth.
Arnold, O’Laughlen, Surratt, Harold, Booth, and myself met once at a saloon or restaurant on the Aven. bet 13 & 14 St.
The Saml. Thomas registered on the morning of the 15th April at Penn Hotel, I met on my way to hotel, he was an entire Stranger to me. I left the Hotel alone on the morning of 15th of April. A Lieut. in room No. 51 will prove this. Surratt bought a boat from Dick Smoot & James Brawner living about Port Tobacco, for which they paid $300.00 and was to give one hundred Dolls. extra for taking care of it till wanted. Booth told me that Mrs. Surratt went to Surrattsville to get out the guns (Two Carbines) which had been taken to that place by Herold. This was Friday. The carriage was hired at Howard’s.
I same a man named Weightman who boarded at Surratt’s at Post Office. he told me he had to go down the Country with Mrs. Surratt. This was on Friday, Also.
I am certain Dr. Mudd knew all about it, as Booth sent (as he told me) liquors & provisions for the trip with the President to Richmond, about two weeks before the murder to Dr. Mudd’s.
Booth never said until the last night (Friday) that he intended to kill the President.
Herold came to the Kirkwood House, same evening for me to go to see Booth. I went with Herold & saw Booth. He then said he was going to kill the President and Wood , the Secy. of State. I did not believe him. This occurred in the evening about 7 1/2 o’clock. It was dark. I took a room at Kirkwood’s. Both Herold & I went to the room left Herold’s coat, knife, & pistol in room and never again returned to it. Booth said during the day that the thing had failed and proposed to go to Richmond & open the theatre. I am not certain but I think I stayed one night at Kirkwood’s (Thursday) we were to try and get papers to Richmond from Mr. Johnson.
Booth spoke of getting the papers. He would get them out of the Theatre. Wood & Booth were apparently confidential with each other. Plenty of parties in Charles County knew of the kidnapping affair.
One of the men named Charles Yates, knew all about it, he went to Richmond during the winter he was to row the Presdt & party over.
Thos. Holborn was to meet us on the road and help in the kidnapping. Bailey & Barnes knew nothing of the affair unless Booth told Bailey & he told Barnes. Booth had met Bailey on “C” St. with me. I did not meet Booth or any other of the party in Baltimore on or about the 31 of March.
Boyle also killed Capt. Watkins near Annapolis last month, was one of the party, in the conspiracy.
I repeat I never knew anything about the murder.
I was intended to give assistance to the kidnapping. They come to Port Tobacco (Surratt & Booth) several times and brought me to Washington. The pistol given me I sold or received a loan on it Saturday morng after the murder from John Caldwick at Matthews & Wells, Store, High St. Georgetown. The knife I threw away just above Mrs. Canby’s boarding house the night of the murder about 11 o’clock when I took my horse to stable. I had the horse out to help to take the President. I did not believe he was going to be killed, although Booth had said so. After I heard of the murder I run about the city like a crazy man.
I have not seen Arnold for some time, but saw O’Laughlen on Thursday evening, on the Avenue at Saloon near U.S. Hotel. He told me he was going to see Booth.
Wood did not go on the street in day time for fear of arrest. When he first came to Washington he boarded at Surratt’s. This was in Feby. He (Wood) went with Booth last of February to N. York.
Booth we understood paid the way. I know nothing about Canada. Wood told me he had horses in Virginia. Saml. Arnold and Mike O’Laughlen ought to know where the horses and pistols were bought.
Sam and Mike have a buggy and horse kept at stable in rear of Theatre. Booth had several horses at same place. I think the horses property was in Surratt’s name. I sold one of the horses & paid part of the money to Booth and part to Herold, who said he would see Booth about it. The saddle and bridle belonging to Booth is at Penn House, where I left it. I overheard Booth when in conversation with Wood say, That he visited a chambermaid at Seward’s House & that she was pretty. He said he had a great mind to give her his diamond pin. Herold talked about powders & medicines on Friday night at Mrs. Condby’s. Wood, Herold, Booth, and myself were present. This was a meeting place because Wood could not go out for fear of arrest.
Kate Thompson or Kate Brown, as she was known by both names, put up at National & was well known at Penn House. She knew all about the affair. Surratt went to Richd with her last March and Gust. Howell made a trip with her to same place. This woman is about twenty yrs of age, good looking and well dressed. Black hair and eyes, round face from South Carolina & a widow.
I did not see Surratt for seven or eight days before the murder nor have I seen him since.
Miss Thompson or Brown had two large light trunks, one much larger than the other. Young Weightman at Surratts’ ought to know about this woman. This remark made by me in Baltimore on the 31 of March alluded to blockade running & privateering altogether & Booth said he had money to buy a steamer & wanted me to go in it.
I was to be one of them. In this way I was going to make a pile of money.
Booth said he had met a party in N. York who would get the Prest. certain. They were going to mine the end of the pres. House, near the War Dept. They knew an entrance to accomplish it through. Spoke about getting friends of the Presdt. to get up an entertainment & they would mix it in, have a serenade & thus get at the Presdt. & party.
These were understood to be projects.
Booth said if he did not get him quick the N. York crowd would. Booth knew the New York party apparently be a sign. He saw Booth give some kind of sign to two parties on the Avenue who he said were from New York. My Uncle Mr. Richter and family in Monty. Co. Md. knew nothing about the affair either before or after the occurrence & never suspected me of any thing wrong as I was in the habit of visiting and working in the neighborhood & staying with him. My father formerly owned part of the property now owned by Richter. Finis.
Florida Governor Rick Scott has appointed another nepotistic crony to fill the District 5 Bay County Commission Seat vacated by Mike Thomas who is now the new Panama City Beach, Florida Mayor.
Scott appointed Phillip “Griff” Griffitts, Jr. who is a candidate against Brian Rust for the August Primary Election and this may prove to be the kind of push Rust needs in his Campaign following his surgery and full recovery. Rust says he didn’t submit his request to be considered due to his opinion that it was a contrary conflict in the upcoming voting process. I agree.
This action by Scott is right up there with his arrest of Liberty County Sheriff Nick Finch and his appointment of Carl Bertram Causey, Jr and Walter Lee “Buddy” Money, Jr. AND SHERIFF NICK FINCH LATER PREVAILED IN COURT….

10/14/2008 – WASHINGTON — Air Force officials and Florida Congressman Allen Boyd announced Oct. 14 the selection of Tyndall Development Partners, LLC, as the highest ranked offeror for negotiating a transfer of the Lynn Haven Fuel Depot property in Lynn Haven, Fla., in exchange for performing military construction at Tyndall Air Force Base.
Kathleen I. Ferguson, the deputy assistant secretary of the Air Force for installations, selected Tyndall Development Partners, LLC, which is owned and managed by Hunt ELP, Ltd., of El Paso, Texas. Air Force officials now will enter a period of exclusive negotiations with the company to determine the terms and conditions of the transaction.
Air Force officials have been working closely with those in the city of Lynn Haven, Florida State University and Congressman Allen Boyd’s office on a plan for development of a water-based research park, with an FSU-Panama City satellite campus serving as an anchor. The development will increase tax revenues and significantly expand economic development in Lynn Haven.
“This is an exciting opportunity to convert underutilized, vacant property into a productive development,” said Brig. Gen. Darryl Roberson, commander of the 325th Fighter Wing at Tyndall AFB. “This transaction mutually benefits the local community, FSU, and the Air Force now and into the future. We all have a vested interest in seeing this project successfully completed and we look forward to working with the developer.”
Congressman Boyd praised the participants for bringing this together.
“This is great news for Tyndall Air Force Base, FSU, the city of Lynn Haven and the people of Bay County,” he said. “Last year, through legislation in Congress, we reached an agreement to transfer 40 acres located at the Lynn Haven Fuel Depot to FSU for the purpose of developing a new research campus. In the past year, we moved forward and continued to work together to determine the best way to utilize the remaining land that will most benefit our area. I am pleased that through our collaborative and coordinated efforts we are seeing this project to a positive and successful completion.”
The Lynn Haven Fuel Depot property consists of three parcels totaling 184 acres. A parcel of approximately 40 acres has been designated for transfer to FSU for use as a satellite campus; a 50-acre parcel is a railroad right-of-way that will likely be used to improve access to the site; and the remaining 94-acre parcel is intended for development by Tyndall Development Partners, LLC.

Criminal record follows grant contender
The businessman says his past is not a reflection of his company, now under consideration for an industrial park.

The owner of a company being considered for an industrial park on Interstate 75 has a lengthy arrest record and was sentenced to jail for videotaping himself and a 14-year-old girl engaged in sex acts.
Travis Lee Sanders, head of TVSS Manufacturing Inc., has a record dating back to the 1970s and has run afoul of the law in several states, including Tennessee, Kentucky and Florida, records show. He has been arrested for assault, writing bad checks, theft by deception, patronizing a prostitute, trafficking in stolen goods and sexual battery on a minor, records show. The disposition of some of those charges is unclear.
Sanders said his criminal record has no bearing on his ability to create and operate a thriving company in Hernando. He said TVSS, which is to make and sell surge suppressors, will create immediate employment opportunities and tax revenue for Hernando County.
“My personal issues have nothing to do with the history of the company and its capabilities,” said Sanders, who operates two surge suppressor-related businesses in Destin.
Today, the County Commission will decide whether to allow Sanders’ TVSS to locate in Hernando.
Sanders was steered to the county by business partner and longtime friend Brooksville attorney Tom Hogan Jr. as a way to fulfill the terms of a federal grant that was awarded to Hernando in 2000. It failed to create jobs for low-income residents as intended, but the grant left Hogan with some choice land to market.
The taxpayer-funded grant brought a road and utility network to 40 acres Hogan and two partners, Clifford Manuel and Gary Schraut, own at the intersection of I-75 and State Road 50. The improvements left the trio with land they have asked $3.65-million for, 14 times their original investment, but the pool products company that was to locate there never arrived.
Under the terms of the agreement the County Commission considers today, Hogan and his partners would donate 3 of their 40 acres to TVSS. The company promises to create 22 jobs, with 12 of them being set aside for unskilled workers. The company must also invest $1-million in the project.
The bulk of that money is to come from a loan to TVSS from Cortez Community Bank. Hogan is a Cortez Community Bank board member.
Sanders was the target of a public corruption investigation by the Florida Department of Law Enforcement in the early 1990s that focused on an alleged kickback scheme aimed at securing state contracts. No charges were filed as a result of the investigation, which led a former employee of Sanders’ to file a whistle-blower lawsuit. The case is ongoing.
Sanders declined to discuss his past entanglements with the law or his current business relationships with Hogan, although he said the attorney had no ownership interest in TVSS. Hogan, however, serves as registered agent for the company, which was formed in February.
In 1989, Sanders, now 55, was arrested for sexual battery on a child and possession of child pornography. According to news reports at the time, the arrest came after Okaloosa County authorities found that Sanders had videotaped several of his sexual encounters, including one with a 14-year-old girl.
He pleaded no contest to the charges and was sentenced to six months in jail, two years of community control – a form of house arrest – and eight years’ probation, according to the reports.
Hogan stands by his friend.
“I’m aware of his criminal record, of his past,” Hogan said. “That is many years ago.”
Hogan said Sanders has been a “productive citizen” during the almost 10 years they have known each other and that he “deserves some sort of a chance and has earned some credibility.”
For several years, Hogan and Sanders have been involved in a business called Tria Capita Inc., a company Hogan said was created to export surge suppressors but that is now “winding down” its operations.
The pair are also partners in two corporations, STT LLC and STT Equipment LLC, that were created in 2003 and that, according to Florida records, are based on St. Thomas in the U.S. Virgin Islands.
Hogan said he and Sanders used the corporations as a way to lessen liability associated with the purchase of a trawler they use as a pleasure boat. Hogan said they did not get to use the boat as often as he would like.
According to Hogan, about a year ago, he was concerned that the county and his business partners were having trouble finding a company willing to locate at his property and create unskilled jobs, thus meeting what is ostensibly the key condition of the $750,000 federal grant.
So, Hogan said he set about finding somebody he could work with.
“And who do I know?” Hogan said. “I know clients and I know friends, and that’s where I went.”
State Department of Community Affairs officials, who oversee the type of federal grant awarded to the county, said they were aware that TVSS had been identified as a potential grant participant and that the county would consider the matter today.
Program administrator Libby Lane, however, said she knew nothing of Sanders’ past or of his business relationship with Hogan. She asked a Times reporter to provide her with some documents but said that because Hogan is not an owner of TVSS, a conflict of interest does not exist.
It’s a view that Hogan shares.
“I don’t think I’m being just brazen,” he said of the deal. “It makes sense to me.”
Mike McHugh, director of the county’s office of business development, has recommended that the commission approve the agreement with TVSS.
On Monday, McHugh said he had not known that Hogan and Sanders were business partners in other ventures and said he was unsure whether a conflict of interest existed.
McHugh also said he was unaware of Sanders’ arrest record because the county does not require his office to check whether those he does business with have criminal histories.
A credit report was run on one of Sanders’ companies, McHugh said, and he reviewed Sanders’ business plan and personal financial statement. What Sanders presented, he said, appeared much better than any other proposal he had seen.
“Everything looked good to us,” McHugh told a Times reporter. “We had no indication prior to your contact with us that there was anything in his background.”
McHugh met with county commissioners Monday morning and told them the Times was raising questions about Sanders, but he did not change his recommendation. Had questions been raised sooner about Sanders, however, McHugh said he might not have recommended the company to the board.
Jean Rags, the county’s social services director, who also recommended that the county approve the TVSS deal, said a criminal background might have changed her mind, too.
“We put our reputations on the line here,” Rags said. “We want to make sure we’re making the best recommendation possible.”

It was later Monday afternoon when the Santa Rosa County Sheriff’s Office contacted the Pike County Sheriff’s Office and alerted officials to the possibility the suspect could be headed to Pike County. Thompson had frequented the Pike County property where he was later found, having both performed work at the camp and hunted on the property. “And within 12 hours of that alert, he was in custody,” Thomas said.
The property, which was owned by a Mobile man, is 200 acres of land used most often for hunting. Neighbors had spotted a silver truck entering and exiting the gated property and knew it was typically vacant this time of year.
“There was a cabin on each side of the lake. He’d parked his truck in front of one and was staying in the other,” said Thomas. “We had information he was in possession of high-powered rifles and night goggles and was high on Oxycodone. We were very cautious and very patient.”
The tactical team called for more manpower from the U.S. Marshals, Montgomery Sheriff’s Office and Department of Public Safety. U.S. Marshals had just arrived when Thompson was spotted leaving.
Because the land had several buildings and hundreds of acres, Weed said the tactical team chose to stake out all the exits. “We felt like it would be to our advantage being that we didn’t know where on the property he was,” Weed said. “We covered all of the drives leaving the property and hopefully be able to control the situation and make the choice where we would deal with him as opposed to him making that decision.”
Thompson was captured without incident Monday when he exited his vehicle while attempting to leave the property. The team had cut the power to the electric fence in order to make Thompson have to get out of the truck to check it. When he reached the fence, the team used a flash grenade to stun him before taking him into custody.
The weapon investigators suspect Thompson used in both murders was found in the truck.
“I’m proud of the way this incident turned out,” said Troy Police Chief Jimmy Ennis. “It could’ve been a very dangerous situation.”
Thomas said the plan was executed to perfection and commended all involved.
“It was a long night,” Thomas said. “But thank the Lord it was an early morning.”

Allen S. Johnson, 66, of Panama City, passed away Monday, July 21, 2014 at his home.Allen was a native of Panama City, and a 1966 graduate of Bay High School, where he excelled in football. He attended Marion Military Academy on a football scholarship, and was captain of the football team. While at Marion, he was named best private in his brigade and NCO of the year while a freshman. He then played for Arkansas State, the University of Florida, Florida State, and Mississippi College. After graduation, he joined the Florida Department of Law Enforcement where he worked until joining the Bay County Sheriff’s Department as an investigator, working until his retirement. While at the Bay County Sheriff’s Department, Allen, also known as Frog, made the first marijuana arrest in Panama City. After his law enforcement career, Allen was a business owner and supporter of the Florida Sheriff’s Youth Ranch and the Wounded Warriors Program. Travis Lee Sanders, age 64, of Troy, AL., formerly of Destin, FL., passed away Tuesday, November 13, 2012, at his home in Troy, AL.
Funeral services for Travis will be at 2 p.m., Sunday, November 18,2012, at Green Hills Funeral Home in Troy, AL., with Rev. Rick Hayes officiating. Visitation will be Saturday evening, November 17, from 5 p.m., until 7 p.m., at the funeral home. The family will also receive friends from noon until service time on Sunday. Burial will follow at Green Hills Memorial Cemetery in Troy with Green Hills Funeral Home directing.
Travis was born in Albertville AL. and raised in McComb, Mississippi . He was the founder and president of Surge Suppression Incorporated, a worldwide company headquartered in Destin, FL. and a loving father of two.
Travis had an extremely nurturing and giving spirit and was an avid lover of animals, deep sea fishing and cruising on his boat in the Caribbean Islands. He had an ever-growing love for his new home in Troy and will be profoundly missed by his family and friends.
Travis was preceded in death by his parents, Jack Sanders and Sarah Odell Haley. He is survived by his fiancée, Robin Eubanks; one daughter, Sarah Nicole Sanders; one son, Tristan Lee Sanders; one brother, Ricky Sanders; and many other lifelong friends.

A recent report in the Al-Monitor advised that Syrian opposition lobbying efforts on Capitol Hill were “paying off”. The National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA) now, “authorizes the Secretary of Defense to provide equipment, training, supplies, and defense services to assist vetted members of the Syrian opposition.”
According to the article:
“This is a momentous occasion,” Syrian National Coalition (SNC) adviser Oubai Shahbandar told Al-Monitor. “This is the first stop in clearly defining the convergence of American national security interests with strengthening the Free Syrian Army [FSA], which is actively fighting al-Qaeda and actively fighting Iranian-backed international terrorist forces in Syria.”
The details of the aid were not clear at the time the article was written.
The lobbying efforts mentioned come from a variety of Syrian special interest groups with strong U.S. Muslim…
George C. Wallace and his third wife, the former Lisa Taylor, meet with Vice President and former CIA Head George Bush and Arkansas Gov. This picture is very significant to me. It seems my partner Rev. J. W. Hunt in the Junction Station, Inc. Truckstop venture involving 27 Acres at the Northeast Corner of Highway 231 and Highway 20 was partners with George C. Wallace’s brother Gerald Wallace.

Description
Dr. Otis Leon Jordan was one of the 50 doctors on staff when the new Druid City Hospital (DCH) opened in 1952.
According to his Tuscaloosa News obituary on 25 September 1986 Dr. Jordan was a physician in Tuscaloosa for more than 35 years. Dr. Jordan was a graduate of both the University of Alabama where he earned his Bachelor of Arts degree and of Louisiana State University where he earned his Bachelor of Medicine and his medical degree. Dr. Jordan left Tuscaloosa in 1970 moving to Fort Myers, Florida where he continued to practice medicine until early 1986.
Dr. Jordan was survived by his wife Juanita along with 2 children Mrs. John Tate and Otis Leon II
I had two Uncles that were also associated with George C. Wallace. They were Ellis L Jordan and Dr. Otis Leon Jordan. E.L. Jordan owned 30,000+ Acres in the Panhandle of Florida and my dad and I used to hunt there with the guidance of the Property Manager and cousin Ivy Jordan, and his very sweet wife Maggie Jordan. The Property Manager Home and E.L. Jordan private two room quarters was just across the street from the Rocky’s Indian Museum Parcel which had a small service station too at one point. There was also a well preserved Indian Mummy there with many Indian Artifacts.
I was approached at Florida Title by Panama City Attorney E. Ward Harris, who was a cordial old gentleman that maintained a cabin in the mountains that he extended invites to all to use as long as they left eggs in the fridge, to help a International Missionary Training Center develop a business plan where they could seek financing to help train missionaries Worldwide by Satellite since this was before the Internet. I attended a meeting and worked with the Group without any expectations of personal gain. The last I heard the Group had been sold.
Next thing I knew the Reverend J. W. Hunt from the Jesus Saves Church Conglomerate of International Missions and Churches showed up at Florida Title and said he had heard what I had done for the Missionary Group and God had sent him to repay the favor. Rev. Hunt told me he was going to let me in on a deal to develop a Truck Stop and was going to give me 25% of the deal.
I met with the property owners Mr. and Mrs. Buddy Dickerson and with Rev. Hunt and we worked on the project together for some time. We met at Commercial Bank in Panama City, now SunTrust, and Rev Hunt coaxed the Dickersons into signing a Deed that had been prepared transferring the property to Junction Station, Inc. which had been hastily prepared by Attorney Bill Harris with Bert Davenport, Mayo Johnston, Bill Harris and Jerry Gerde Law Firm without any prior discussion or agreement as to the terms or conditions. It seems this Deed was given to secure a mere $3,000 Bridge Loan made by Commercial Bank to the Dickersons. Seemed like coercion and extortion to me. The Dickersons executed the Deed and placed the Deed in Escrow with Florida Title. Florida Title and I saved their property from being stolen.
Just prior to that we had a meeting at Peoples First where Rev. J.W. Hunt arranged the meeting with his buddy Joseph Chapman saying he would finance our Truckstop. At the meeting was Allen Bense, Walter Abbott, Hunt, the Dickersons and myself. The results were Chapman was going to send his “inbank” appraiser Abbott Appraisal Associates out to the property and do an appraisal. The appraisal came back at $83,000.00 for the 27 Acres on the NE Corner of Hwy 231 and 20. I knew this was a scam at that point and even though I had put thousands of dollars in for the Title Work, Survey and other development costs I bailed out of the deal. In the next couple of days I received a Stock Purchase Agreement in the mail that had not even been discussed that included some troubling “specific performance clauses’ and other problematic issues. Buddy Dickerson came by with his and asked me what I thought and said he trusted my judgment. I told him if I were you I’d take the Agreement to an Attorney out of town and not tell him any details and have him advise me on the conditions. Buddy came back later and was about to cry stating they were trying to steal his property and asked me what he could do. I told him that he could have his deed back since the Agreements were breached due to fraud. Rev. J.W. Hunt came back just a few hours later stating: “WHERE’S MY DEED?” I told him he had reneged on the Agreements and the deal was off.

The Harbins then owned the Wharf at Barbados, the ship The Three Brothers and Harbin Plantation.
Later John Harbin was present when The Masons at Looney’s Tavern set up The Free State Of Winston during the Civil War to try to remain neutral. You can imagine how that turned out.

Accenture has been chosen to replace CGI Federal as the lead contractor for the Obamacare enrollment website, which failed to work when it launched in October for millions of Americans shopping for health insurance, the U.S. Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services said on Saturday.
CGI Federal, a subsidiary of CGI Group, built the website, HealthCare.gov, which was plagued by error messages and slow speeds for weeks after the launch. The glitches created a political crisis for President Barack Obama, threatening the roll-out of his signature healthcare law and emboldening Republican foes to call for its repeal.
“As CMS moves forward in our efforts to help consumers access quality, affordable health coverage, we have selected Accenture to become the lead contractor for the HealthCare.gov portal and to prepare for next year’s open enrollment period,” the agency said in a statement.
CGI Federal said on Friday that its contract, which was originally awarded in 2011 and is scheduled to end February 28, would not be renewed.
Accenture said the contract was worth $45 million for the initial phase of the project, and the Washington Post reported that the final value of the one-year contract would be about $90 million.
“Accenture will bring deep healthcare industry insight as well as proven experience building large-scale, public-facing websites to continue improving HealthCare.gov,” David Moskovitz, chief executive of Accenture Federal Services, said in a statement.
Obama has said the fiasco with the website has made him want to overhaul the way the federal government buys technology services. Critics say the system favors large, established contractors such as CGI.
Although the site is vastly improved, technical glitches continue to bedevil enrollment. The improvements allowed more than 1.1 million people to shop for and enroll in insurance on HealthCare.gov by the end of 2013, far short of original hopes.

IN FLORIDA’S BANKING DEBACLE, PLENTY OF BLAME TO GO AROUND
Almost 70 banks failed in Florida during the last five years.
Most executives say the failures were not their fault. They blame a tanking economy. Or meddling government officials. Or people who borrowed more than they could afford while the market was cooking hot.
But these bankers are wrong.
At least half of Florida’s community banks failed because their leaders were greedy, arrogant, incompetent or sometimes corrupt, a Herald-Tribune investigation found.
The newspaper obtained previously confidential state records that show how failed bankers broke the law, manipulated financial documents and gorged themselves on insider deals. These bank records had never before been collected by an American newspaper.
Sixty-eight banks failed in Florida since the Great Recession began, second-most to Georgia, and the misdeeds were found in communities all across the state.
In the farm town of Immokalee, Florida Community Bank executives lent millions of dollars to mob associates while a terrorism financier moved money in and out of its vaults.
In the Panhandle, Coastal Community Bank bought an insurance company from the chief executive’s son and sold it back to him three years later at a $900,000 loss.
At First Commercial Bank of Tampa Bay, employees were so fearful of the chairman that they met privately with state officials and told them of secret dealings, altered documents and questionable loans.
Not all of the failed community banks have been accused of wrongdoing. Some made sensible loans and were undone by borrowers who took on too much debt during the real estate boom and couldn’t repay.
But banking’s worst offenders made insider loans and business deals to enrich themselves at the expense of their own banks and, ultimately, the public. Other banks lent millions of dollars to mobsters, drug dealers, convicted felons and developers with prior bankruptcies.
In flush times, as Florida’s real estate prices soared to new heights, bankers rewarded themselves with large salaries and generous dividends. One local banker used a private airplane to fly across the country while others held meetings at lavish beach resorts.
Regulators saw this behavior but often they were too timid to act while the economy was humming. When regulators did object, bankers ignored the warnings, hid important documents, removed conversations from board minutes and doctored financial reports to make things seem better than they were.
Even after home prices fell and hundreds of thousands of Floridians stopped paying their mortgages in 2007, many bankers forged ahead — continuing to make risky loans and payments to themselves as their banks lost money.

I just received info that FBI Agent Alexis Hatten is a member of MURDER CHURCH, First Baptist Church of Panama City Beach, also known as First Baptist Church of West Panama City Beach (can’t find any info on that one but was also a Grantee on the Deed signed by Ellison, et.al.) and he is covering up for his buddies. They say he is aware that money was skimmed off for a long time….$30K here……$30K there…. and had to have known who did it. They also said he was in a Deacon type position at one time. Other PCB PD employees went there also. They said the dog followed a trail to the widow Stephanie Ellison’s closet and that is where the murder weapon was located. They said they believe Stephanie got $250K.

I have some new information on this case and it seems the coverup is ongoing.
Bay County Sheriff Frank McKeithen has taken an interest in this case and now has knowledge of the fact there are two new witnesses that have come forward and they and their families have been harassed and intimidated trying to keep them quiet about what they know and have heard.
Detectives say they’ve exhausted all of their sources and leads on the death of 43 year old Robert Ellison…but that is a lie.
Co-workers found Ellison on the floor of the contractor’s office, next to the first Baptist Church along Back Beach Road.
Ellison suffered from eight gun shot wounds from an unidentified suspect.
One witness says he saw a white male running south from the scene moments after the incident.
He is said to have been wearing a green t-shirt and blue jean shorts.
A year later, the church now stands almost completed, but police haven’t found the suspect.
Captain Chad Lindsey said, “We exhausted all those leads and there’s been no further leads come in to us. We’re never giving up on it. We’re hoping that somebody out there knows something and we’re hoping that they will come forward. I believe there is somebody out there that knows something and I hope they come forward.”
Police say they’ve only gotten five calls over the past year regarding the incident but say that one day; someone will come forth, bringing justice to this unsolved murder case.
In following the assets of murdered contractor Robert Shawn Ellison I found there are links to this group that are now in control of The Ellison Group, LLC assets. It seems they, through administrator J. Carey Scott, have filed petitions without an attorney in Bay County, Florida and Bankruptcy Court on behalf of the Corporation in violation of law. They have been above the law in their practices in the past.
The same Federal Court jurisdiction refused to accept a Bankruptcy Petition and the Racketeering Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act suit filed on behalf of Florida Title Insurance, Inc. involving some related parties. This suit involved what I believe was the murder of an IRS Agent, Russell Raymond Ervin, whose autopsy was done by a coroner that later murdered his wife, to cover up an Extortion Plot to seized assets of Florida Title Insurance, Inc. when we refused to sell to Chicago Title Agent Gulf Coast Title and Abstract of Panama City, Inc. who now seems to be operating as Lanco Title & Abstract.

Hey Slingshot, I have seen you make several references to the Ellison Group. First of all retired police officer Humphreys came out of retirement to handle the case for PCBPD. In the Newsherald article Humphreys held a news conference the day after the murder and announced the case was cold and might not be solved. Guess which PCBPD officers go to First Baptist Church? FBC’s pastor is the PCBPD Chaplain, the police usually go the extra mile to solve a case if it is one of their own…..so why declare a cold case so quick? This is the Racketeering Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act Lis Pendens that resulted from the fact our competition, a Chicago Title Agent, conspired with others, including the United States Government through the Internal Revenue Service to illegally put Florida Title out of business in violation of the Racketeering Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act, the Sherman Anti-Trust Act, the Hobbs Act, the Clayton Act and many other tortuous Common, State and Federal Laws.
The fact is the IRS, through its Agent Russell Raymond Ervin ,who was sheepdipped or murdered just days after being served by US Marshals, illegally seized Florida Title Insurance, Inc., not the bank accounts, but the Corporation itself when we refused threats and extortion attempts to force a sale on March 17, 1988. Mr. Robert Paul Nix, Sr., 69, of Panama City, passed away Thursday, February 28, 2013 at his residence. Mr. Nix was born July 17, 1943 in Bainbridge, GA to Robert and Ruby Nix. He was an outstanding football player in his high school and college years at Troy State University.
Mr. Nix was instrumental in the creation of the first fraternity at Troy University, Pi Kappa Phi. After graduation from Troy State University, he came to Panama City where he began his professional career as a football coach and teacher at Rutherford High School leaving behind a remarkable association with staff and students.
Mr. Nix next worked at Seaco Electric in increasing positions of management responsibility.He started Bay Construction Company and was a major builder in the area with many examples of his work still present such as the Fire Department Building on 6th Avenue. He started and was president of Corrections Communication, Inc. Mr. Nix was Special Project Manager, Office of the Sergeant at Arms, for the Florida House of Representatives.He was a member of Panama City Jaycees, Military Affairs, Chamber of Commerce, First Friday Club, and Rotary Club.
Mr. Nix served on the Panama City Civil Board as Vice Chairman, Bay County Regional Airport as Vice Chairman, Bay Water Quality Committee, Northwest Florida Regional Housing Authority, Bay County Planning Commission as Chairman, and he was the Founder of White Western Dinner Club. Mr. Nix loved fishing and golf.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Robert and Ruby Nix. Mr. Nix is survived by his fiancée Georgia Dake of Panama City; son, Robert Nix, Jr. of Panama City; brother, Larry K. Nix and wife Alice of Marietta, GA; two grandchildren: Alek and Brannon Nix; cousin and loyal friend James (Jim) Smith of Tallahassee, FL; two nieces: Laura Gerson and Sharon Nix of Los Angeles, CA; nephew, Greg Nix of Marietta, GA; former wife Ginger Isler; and numerous cousins.
Funeral services will be 3 p.m., Tuesday, March 5, 2013 at Southerland Family Funeral Home with Reverend Clyde Ellis officiating. I got PAMAMAED just after a meeting at Peoples arranged by Rev. I met IRS Agent Russell Raymond Ervin at THE CLUB and he was later either murdered or sheepdipped to keep him from testifying IMHO. IRS Agent Ervin seized Florida Title on the same day I refused an EXTORTION attempt to purchase assets by CHICAGO TITLE AGENT H.B. James/Gulf Coast Title.

When I worked for Panama Title, silently owned by Charles Isler, Jr., attorney for Bay Bank, St. Joe and others I found out there are 12 men that run Panama City, Bay County and are heavily involved in what goes on EVERYWHERE ELSE, TOO! They put on a feed every third Thursday on Highway 77 and whatever they decide every third Thursday night…….HAPPENS FRIDAY MORNING!
Much later, after I started Florida Title and became a threat to them, I was invited to the White Western Men’s Club by a local preacher, Rev. J. W. Hunt, I was partners with in the Truck Stop Venture, Junction Station, Inc. on the corner of Hwy. 231 and Hwy. 20 just across the street from the landlocked and poorly planed BP Station and Hardees. My Great-uncle, Ellis L. Jordan owned the Southeast corner with about 30,000 more acres around there. Worst night of my life. Saw all the people who had given me trouble for years. Met an IRS Agent, Russell R. Ervin that showed up the next day to do an audit. He threatened my life on behalf of the preacher he said they were doing an investigation on and the confidential informant and the IRS Agent in charge had turned up MISSING!. Also saw Mike Mann, H. B. James, Clinton Foster and others there.
Just months later seized my 12-year-old business, Florida Title Insurance, Inc. when I refused to sell out to competitor “Gulf Coast Title”, agent for Chicago Title, owned by H.B. James and Michael Sharp. They had made a FAIR offer in contract prepared by Hess, but reduced the price to 10K at the last-minute and when I kicked them out of my office the IRS Agent showed up and ran another audit and said I owed 8K and refused to accept 5k that day and put the padlocks on the doors. They sold my business for 7K to James on the same day the Bankruptcy Court refused to accept my petition as Owner and Creditor of the Business. They knew I was coming from the attorney, Charles Wynn, that had been paid to do the Bankruptcy and bailed and the Clerk was waiting at the door for me when they opened.
Sued under qui.tam. with notice to Justice Department, never heard from anyone until the IRS Inspectors Office did a murder investigation on the IRS Agent that was found dead just days after being served by U.S. Marshals. Never guess who did his autopsy. Filed RICO suit and it took three filings to get it past a crooked Federal Judiciary, Roger Vinson, Lacey Collier and William Stafford, and Bankruptcy Court. Could not appear on behalf of seized family owned corporation or Fictitious Name Company, Florida Title. Had paid attorneys, but they bailed at the last-minute like they do around here when you get PANAMAED!
Chicago Title, owned by Fidelity, is now in our building. Their parent company has tried to monopolize the title industry and many others. They gave New Century a contract to only turn down 2.5 percent of their loans regardless of income verification issues and fraud. There is a 500 page report. I believe Fidelity, Chicago Title, Lawyers Title, et.al. ran out the competition to shore up their scheme to defraud us on a major scale. Time tells and they even bought our underwriter that was there that day and in on the scheme.
Tyndall Federal Credit Union was in on it too. Their Attorney was in the Firm that represented the Preacher and H.B. James. I was electrocuted while renting the Bank Building at 130 Harrison Avenue, Panama City, Florida. I think they tried to take me out. Jerry Gerde omitted a lot on my deed and tried to extort a settlement. Doctor covered up injuries. Attorneys had allowed adjacent owners to convert property owned by CU to their use. They wanted me out of business from the start.

Funny, the 12 members of White Western put on a feed each month. I was invited the night they served Hardees Roast Beef. Yea, I went a few years back when one of the 12 was retiring. Mr Vickery who owned the Panama CIty coca coal distributer was stepping down. I was a invited guest of my employer and a young guy at the time. I truely thought I had stepped back in slavery times. We were up in the woods as you kow and had nothing but black servants, the roads were lined with Bay COunty Deputies and had a escort when we left, 90% hammered drunk, but the Sheriff made sure that everyone made it to town driving. People like Joe Moore and Tom Lewis were there, the Sheriff of course. Congressmen and state senators were there. IT was truely a site to see who actually ran and still does Panama City and BAy COunty. The LEe Sullivans and Frank McKeithens. Just standing back listening, if someone had wiretaps, and had the balls to procecute, there would be no upper crust left in this area. They were all dirty.
Kedrick Earl Durden, 73, of Panama City Beach, Fla., passed away Sunday, April 25, 2010 in his home surrounded by his family. Mr. Durden was born Sept. 29, 1936, in Hartford, Ala. He was the oldest child of the late Kedrick and Martha Strickland Durden. He will be remembered as a loving son, brother, husband and father, loyal friend, successful businessman and a longtime philanthropist in his community, state and nation.
Mr. Durden graduated from Rehobeth High School in Dothan, Ala., in 1954 where he was voted “Most Likely to Succeed” and lettered in football. He served in the United States Air Force from 1954 to 1958. While continuing to serve in the United States Air Force Reserve and managing a large furniture store in Topeka, Kan., from 1959 to 1962, Mr. Durden also earned a bachelor’s degree in accounting and finance from Washburn University.
After graduation from Washburn, Mr. Durden was hired by AT&T where he completed an extensive management training program. He then was hired as the manager of the Accounting Department for the newly built paper mill in Cedar Springs, Ga. He next took an assignment with his company, Great Northern Nekoosa, in Millinocket, Maine. After successfully completing this assignment, Mr. Durden transferred back to Cedar Springs in 1967 where he was promoted to vice president, general manager and director of the paper-mill owned railroad, the Chattahoochee Industrial Railroad. He served in this position until 1975, during which time he also was a member of the paper mill’s Executive Committee and was the project manager for a major mill expansion. During that period, the Chattahoochee Industrial Railroad was recognized as the most efficiently operated railroad in the United States.
During Mr. Durden’s tenure with Great Northern Nekoosa, he was also a member and state coordinator of the Executive Reservist in the Office of Emergency Transportation; president, director and member of the Executive Committee of Tri-Rivers Waterway Development Association; served on the Committee of 100 and the Transportation Committee of the Georgia State Chamber of Commerce; and served as a governor of the Georgia Business and Industry Association, representing railroads in the state.
From 1975 to 1980, Mr. Durden began a very successful transportation consulting practice. His clients included DuPont, Jim Walters Corp., Lundy-Thagard Oil Co. and Green Bay Packaging Corp..
During this same time period, Mr. Durden started up several disparate businesses in and around the Dothan, Ala., area, including a furniture store, a wooden pallet manufacturing plant and sawmill, an electric motor sales, repair and maintenance company, and two restaurants and nightclubs. Mr. Durden also served as president of the Northview High School Quarterback Club.
In 1980, Mr. Durden founded two companies, Rail Management Corp. and Rail Switching Services Inc. Rail Management Corp. owned and operated short line railroad companies all across the United States, eventually acquiring and operating 16 different railroads, including the Bay Line Railroad, which connected Panama City to Dothan. Rail Switching Services Inc., which Mr. Durden co-founded with his longtime friend and mentor, C.F. Fischer III of Dothan, provided in-plant rail services to large volume rail users all across the United States. Rail Switching Services’ first operation was serving the paper mill in Panama City.
Mr. Durden was an icon in the railroad industry with a reputation for operating the most efficient and safely run railroads in the United States. He sold Rail Management Corporation in 2005 and Rail Switching Services in 1995.
Mr. Durden served as chairman of the American Short Line and Regional Railroad Association for many years. Due to his successful advance of railroad legislation during his tenure, the association began an annual award, the “EARL” Award, which stood for Efforts in Advancing Rail Legislation. This award is given annually to the individual who demonstrates the best efforts in this area.
Mr. Durden moved from Dothan to Panama City in 1988. He founded a local community bank which was eventually acquired by Superior Bank of Birmingham, Ala. Mr. Durden continued to serve on the board for Superior Bank until his death.
He was a past chairman of the Florida Transportation Commission and served as a commission member for eight years. During his tenure, Mr. Durden was largely credited with securing the funding for the new Hathaway Bridge and the four-laning of State 79 and State 77. Last week, the Florida Legislators honored Mr. Durden for his contribution to the economic development of Panama City, Fla., by renaming a four-mile portion of State 79 the “K. Earl Durden Highway.”
During his time in Panama City, Mr. Durden was a member of the Florida Base Relocation Appointment Committee, served on the Bay County Economic Development Alliance, chaired the K-12 grade Sub-Committee of the Florida State University-Panama City Presidential Blue Ribbon Committee, was on the board of the Florida Council of 100, a director of the James Madison Institute, and director and past chairman of the Florida Justice Reform Institute.
Mr. Durden was an active participant and proponent for his community and the states of Florida, Alabama and Georgia. He was named by the Florida Trend Magazine as one of the 100 most influential persons in Florida.
Earl was beloved by his family, friends and associates. He drove to Slocomb, Ala., every Sunday to eat lunch with his beloved parents, brothers and sisters until his parents’ deaths. He has left a huge void and will be sorely missed.
He is survived by his loving wife, Karen Levy Durden of Panama City Beach, Fla.; his son, Michael Durden of Panama City Beach and Miami, Fla.; and his two stepsons, Patrick Green of Panama City Beach, Fla., and James Green of Tampa, Florida. He is also survived by his siblings, Lawrence Durden and his wife, Patsy, of Abbeville, Ala., Wynell Dawsey and her husband, Walter “Chunky,” of Dothan, Ala., Charlotte Price of Miami, Fla., Sandra McAlister and her husband, Jerry “Skeet,” of Slocomb, Ala., Roger Durden and his wife, Barbara, of Dothan, Ala., Judy Duell and her husband, Ron, of Compass Lake, Fla; nieces and nephews, Royce Dawsey, Rodney Dawsey, Rhonda Dawsey Jordan, Robin Dawsey, Bobby Price, Wendy Price Caiboya, David Durden, Donna Durden Walker, Vicki Durden Munn, Sherry Durden Davis, Paige McAllister, Derrick Duell, Troy Duell, and many great-nephews and great-nieces.
He is preceded in death by his parents and a niece, Jerri Lynn Hovey.
Funeral services for Mr. Durden will be held at 2 p.m. Wednesday, April 28, 2010, at the First Baptist Church of Panama City with the Rev. Clyde Ellison officiating. Anyone concerned about the systematic failure of our Banking system and what contributed to it bear in mind Fidelity’s monopolistic practices played a major role. I thought it was due to their Racketeering Activities just related to their Title Industry purchase of several independent underwriters, but it seems they also contributed to the Banking failure by participating in the cloaking of public record documents by fraudulent indexing and now it also seems they were involved in the ROBO SIGNING DOC SCAM!
“LPS and its subsidiaries, including Georgia-based DocX, engaged in widespread fraud involving mortgage related documents,” Georgia Attorney General Sam Olens said in a news release. “This multistate settlement holds LPS accountable for past actions and puts new requirements in place to prevent future misconduct.”
Though some other states and the federal government have pursued criminal action against the company’s former CEO, Lorraine Brown, Georgia has not. Olens’ office has said it has no jurisdiction over the fraudulent foreclosure documents filed before mid-2012, though local district attorneys do.
LPS previously settled with Missouri, Delaware and Colorado, and LPS CEO Hugh Harris said in a news release his firm “look(s) forward to favorably resolving our remaining regulatory and legal issues in the near future.”
As part of the settlement, LPS is required to review documents its affiliates filed from 2008 to 2010 to determine if any need to be corrected.

The qui.tam. RICO Act complaint was filed due to coercion of business, Sherman Act violations, Hobbs Act violations, Clayton Act violations and several other counts when we refused to sell to our competitor who change the price on a contract to buy our assets. The IRS Agent, who I had met at the White Western Men’s Club, had previously threatened my life when he said my preacher partner was a “bad man” and they were doing an investigation on him and the IRS Agent in charge and a confidential informant had “turned up missing”. He seized my business the same day we refused to sell. The Bankruptcy Court refused to accept Chapter 11 reorganization petition and US District Court refused to accept first two complaints. After sanitizing complaint it was accepted and 32 defendants were served by US Marshals. Just days later IRS Agent was found dead. His autopsy was conducted by Coroners Office where Coroner later murdered his wife.
We never got a hearing, discovery conference, seizure fo assets of defendants not appearing, ect…. Our first hearing was at the 11th Circuit Court of Appeals where most of the 15 minutes was spent trying to get the Agents’ body exhumed for an independent autopsy. The IRS Inspectors office had questioned me in a murder investigation, but it went nowhere.
There were a couple of reasons this occurred. I had just discovered that Wes Burnham, a title company from Clearwater, FL and a contractor involved with our underwriter, Industrial Valley Title, now owned by Chicago Title and Fidelity National who also owns Lawyers Title and American Pioneer (the company that controls the Public Records via OnCore throughout Florida) had constructed a condo on a 1000′ of dedicated Beach Front Park, saved a partner from being swindled out of 27 acre Truck Stop Parcel, discovered major surveying errors downtown showing streets, alleys and main street Harrison Avenue being moved 67 feet illegally with a domino effect on all adjacent parcels, and multiple other overt acts being committed by a Racketeering Enterprise that was composed of most of the business sector of the area.
A qui.tam. notice is where you send the Justice Department a copy of your complaint 90 days before filing to allow “the King to enjoin to correct the problem or if not to allow you to sue the King”. They returned it to us in a plain manilla envelope with no cover letter to express the fact there was no plan to enjoin.
The problems we are facing now did not just “happen”, they are well planned and occurred with the knowledge and participation of many. These include the ones that are supposed to be protecting us.

Thanks Panamaed!!! This past January13th marked ten years that my father was murdered and justice being denied to my family. A few days ago, I finally received a copy of the investigative report conducted by Jim Casey. My attorney, Mark Gelman hired Mr. Casey on our behalf after reading a news article in the Jacksonville Newspaper regarding Mr. Casey retiring from the FBI and going into private practice. After a 7 month investigation, he has determined that there is probable cause that my father ‘s wife of three weeks killed him.
Jim Casey is the son of William Casey who was the head of the FBI and the CIA. Casey’s report is 50 pages with 6 volumes of evidence. Friday, it was sent to the new Sarasota State attorney and the current medical examiner requesting that my father’s killer be arrested. I will be able to share the report with you in a week. At that point, it could be shared with everyone. My faith in God and the support of my family is the reason why I am going to make it to the finish line.
Lake Mary pathologist still wonders about man’s 2003 death
LAKE MARY — Pathologist William Anderson has performed 8,000 autopsies in his career, but it’s one he didn’t do that troubles him.
Eight years ago, Anderson reviewed the death of a 71-year-old Sarasota man who apparently had died of a heart attack. The case appeared unremarkable, police said nothing was amiss, and the man’s new wife did not request an autopsy. So Anderson signed the death certificate and moved on.
That, Anderson says, was a mistake.
“If we’d known then what we found out later, I definitely would have ordered an autopsy,” he saidin recent interview. “It mystifies me that it hasn’t happened yet.”
Now a private pathologist in Lake Mary, Anderson has been saying the same thing for six years. He is a supporting player in a bitter dispute between the dead man’s son — who thinks his father was murdered — and Sarasota law-enforcement officials who say the son — South Florida resident Steve Esdale — sees conspiracies in every shadow.

Why the Feds and the State don’t indict all these parties that robbed the Banks with Civil and Criminal RICO is beyond me. Under RICO, a person who is a member of an enterprise that has committed any two of 35 crimes—27 federal crimes and 8 state crimes—within a 10-year period can be charged with racketeering. Those found guilty of racketeering can be fined up to $25,000 and sentenced to 20 years in prison per racketeering count. Peoples First has long been involved in Racketeering Activities and the Federal Government has allowed this to continue for DECADES!
Now the FDIC has filed a Civil Suit against the Director of the Bank for multiple counts of Bank Fraud, etc. but the Federal Government has not pursued any Criminal Charges PERIOD!
The FDIC failed to name the Corporations and Individuals that were involved in this Peoples First Bank Fraud who should also be indicted CRIMINALLY!

I met IRS Agent Russell Raymond Ervin at THE CLUB and he was later either murdered or sheepdipped to keep him from testifying IMHO. IRS Agent Ervin seized Florida Title on the same day I refused an EXTORTION attempt to purchase assets by CHICAGO TITLE AGENT H.B. James/Gulf Coast Title.

Between censoring comments, backpaging (failing to properly index/link) on-line articles that have comments that doesn’t fit their agenda and other abuses of editorial discretion the Halifax Media Panama City News Herald has skewed the 2012 BAY COUNTY ELECTION!
It is not like this just began. They have been censoring comments and banning registered users on their Pluck System and now Facebook accounts in a pattern of “media racketeering” for years ever since they went “internet” on us.

I hoped for some change when Halifax Media bought out Freedom Communications, but have been extremely disappointed by their lack of direction.

On March 17, 1988 Florida Title Insurance, Inc. at 1430 Harrison Avenue, Panama City, Florida was illegally seized for not selling assets in contract prepared by Hess to a Chicago Title Agent, Gulf Coast Title, owned by H.B. James and Michael Sharp. Chicago Title, owned by Fidelity who now owns Industrial Valley Title who was our underwriter at the time and the one that insured the Conversion of the Public Park, is now in our building. Their parent company has tried to monopolize the title industry and many others. I believe they gave New Century a contract to only turn down 2.5 percent of their loans regardless of income verification issues and fraud. There is a 500 page report. I believe Fidelity, Chicago Title, Lawyers Title, St. Joe Company, et.al. ran out the competition to shore up their scheme to defraud us on a major scale. Time tells and they even bought our underwriter that was there that day and in on the scheme due to their insurance of Edgewater Condos being built by Wesley Burnham and others on 1000′ of dedicated beach front “Park” in Gulf Shores 1st Addition, a plat that has been lost or misplaced by the Bay County, FL Clerk’s office. Florida Title Insurance, Inc. had an exclusive agency agreement with Industrial Valley Title, then owned by Industrial Valley Bank of Philadelphia, PA. for Bay County, Florida and they went around us by allowing a Clearwater, FL company to write the insurance and overlook the fact that the Condo was being build on a Dedicated Park. When they got in trouble they came to us to bail them out and take over the project. The first thing I found out was that it was built on the “Dedicated Park” and there was another “Park” on the other side of the existing Hwy. 98 that they moved so they could convert the “Public Parks!”
Fidelity National also provides On Core/Aptitude Services/American Pioneer/Fidelity National for the County Clerks’ Office Official Records.
New information, such as Magnetic Tape Backups and Documentation is now surfacing regarding the Edgewater Condos being built on the Dedicated Park. It seems there might have been a little PAYOLA involved to certain individuals and some questionable Condo conveyances, ect…..
Now it seems Wes Burnham has a deal with the U.S. Navy to sell them $3 Million Dollars worth of property for “future use.”
I can’t wait to see all the details, but I bet they try to cover the facts up in that “DEAL” too like they did with the Lynn Haven Air Force Fuel Depot they gave to TYNDALL DEVELOPMENT PARTNERS, LLC for compensation on the contract for construction at Tyndall Air Force Base. There is no way that could have been properly bid.
I am going to be following a very interesting Florida Election Case brought by Randall Townsend pertaining to there not being a Blank Line to write in a Candidate for the Florida Attorney General. This Case is before Florida 2nd Circuit Judge Karen Gievers who is on a roll with huge cases now. As you may recall Judge Gievers ruled Floridians have the right to smoke medical marijuana and also ruled against Rick Scott in a Blind Trust Case among several others.
This Case is Randall Townsend individually and Townsend et.rel. for the State of Florida and Next Friend of All Citizens of Florida verses Florida Secretaries of State, Florida Governors, Florida Attorney Generals, Florida Legislators, Florida Supreme Court and Lower Court Judges and “alias” Law Enforcers and Others Doe to Be Named.
This is an action per FS 86 Declaratory Rights and FS 80 Quo Warranto for the Purpose as A 42 USC 1983 “AS A CITIZEN Private Attorneys” rightfully acting FOR ALL Citizens in Action in Leon County Circuit Court 18-2293 and Florida Supreme Court Action 18-1951 as a 18 USC 1951 HOBBS ACT Action.
